I have made it and it was yummy but very dense. It froze well. Goodness knows where I found the recipe but I think it may be on the OS recipe threads- perhaps 1 of Gingham Ribbons

One of my favourite things to do with BNS is to chop it up in chunks and roast it with red peppers and red onions. I use equal quantities of each and toss in a little extra virgin olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and then roast at 200 for about 50 minutes to an hour. I don't add salt until near the end as it draws water out of the veg and can make them soggy. I like them when the edges are just going black and they are all chewy.

I also saw the Barefoot Contessa woman roasting BNS with butter and adding mini marshmallows near the end of the cooking time. Haven't tried it but it looked nice and I kind of like that sweet/savoury thing.
