Well you can always ask him how good he is at picking up on hints...scubaangel wrote: »Actually my drinking buddy round the corner keeps telling me I need to ask him out just so she can look at him while he talks.....he was filmed for some publicity stuff a while back which we found when I was talked in to googling him before I went on holiday.
Why does she want to look at him while he talks? Does he do something strange, like his ears flap or something?scubaangel wrote: »And I'd be upset if I asked him out and he didn't at least try to nibble

He just happens to have an accent she thinks is gorgeous, and is easy on the eye - I have to admit if I was ever to get him in to the pub I'd probably be doing exactly the same, but I would hope its a little more forgivable for the person you're out with to sit and watch than it is for her best mate to be doing the same thing randomly from the corner!
I don't sleep well at night anyway, and as am on early shifts all week I'm going to be struggling come Saturday when I'm back in my normal work place with actual customers to snarl at.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

But it does sound like it could be a fun place to visit instead of a sleepy little Canary Island.

Have had a quick visit to a supermarket to actually get some more food, as I had run out of frozen potato things to go with the assorted random pastys and pies I have in the freezer. And more importantly I had run out of mini twisters and icecream.
My drinking buddy also did something a little bit strange last night - she got engaged to her bloke, insane behaviour but I suspect this is one thing I won't be able to talk her out of!It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Run out of all of those? You'll never get your five a day at this rate. Ice cream is a super food don't you know?scubaangel wrote: »My drinking buddy also did something a little bit strange last night - she got engaged to her bloke, insane behaviour but I suspect this is one thing I won't be able to talk her out of!

I do which is why I eat so much of it, or something like that. Luckily at the moment I'm getting my 5 a day from the canteen at work, lots of veggies and even some salady stuff for lunch.
They've said they don't want to get married too soon, so I have time to talk her in to a nice long engagement - I'm thinking around 10 years would be reasonable......It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Let's them get to know one another.

It does, doesn't it... *checks on location of passport*
Bureaucracy Day continues. I'm massively bored of it all now - so the floor looks like a papermill's come a cropper of an IED. Meh - it'll still be here tomorrow.I googled that. I was hoping to see him over the weekend...not because I'm at all likely to end up actually finding the bravery to ask him out but because he looks soooo lovely.....:o
One day I might actually manage it, although in the meantime I'm going to enjoy looking at him when he's in work, as lets face it chances are I'll get bored of him if I do end up seeing him out of work :cool:It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
