Thanks for adding me to the list - hopefully we can all be a source of encouragement for one another!
I'm cheating a little and will be starting Tues 3rd as that's when I go back to work, so will do first weigh in then! Have already checked out the OS board and have found my recipes for lunches for work next week and for dinners and ordered shopping online so that it's all here ready to start next week. Work lets us use the gym for free on a Friday afternoon so I'm going to commit to do that for 45 mins e/wk this month and I'm aiming to either go for a run / do an exercise dvd one another night of the week. I would say more but I'm on my feet all day and usually knackered when I get in! Will move things I need further from my desk to compensate for those moments I am sitting down :rotfl:

Well, its the end of Day 1 and I've survived intact!
NO naughties at all apart from a single sherbet lemon - I'm doing SW again but not going to class - a good start lets hope I can keep it up.
Right bed time - I can;t eat in my sleep! (Can I?)0 -

Weighed myself today. 3 pounds heavier than I thought I was. Never mind, more of a challenge! Going to try not to put any more on before Tues but will start properly then.

I'm almost going the other way! Trying to eat up everything bad in the house.... it's like I'm aiming for the highest possible start weight so that losses look more impressive
