  • Sign me up too please! I rejoin SW on the 5th of Jan, and looking to lose a minimum of 3lbs a week, so 7lb should be very doable for me! (I once last 11lbs one week lol)
    Good luck all xxx

  • OK. I'm starting at 66.1 kg which is the same as I was on Christmas Day. My BMI is now 31 which is 'nearly not obese'!

Today is my protein Thursday i.e. every Thursday I eat only protein. Scrambled egg and a slice of lean ham for breakfast.

This afternoon we're going to a funeral, a man who lived opposite - we have a nice little neighbourly group where I live, we all take in each other's parcels etc. There's a get-together at a local pub afterwards and so long as I can get a cup of coffee that will be fine. I don't really drink any more, although we did have a bottle of white wine over Christmas. I don't eat sausage-rolls or any of those type of things. We can be polite, friendly, offer our commiserations, give a donation to the requested charity, and not stay too long.

  • I'm going to start today!
Ive just weighed and its :eek::eek:!
I need to lose 1 stone rather than the 10lbs I thought - am just under 11 stone - very disappointed with myself.
All sweets have been put in the attic and the exercise DVDs have been dug out - the campaign starts now!
  • I would love to join too, will be doing the dreaded weigh in tomorrow. Hoping I'm still just under 10s but think I was pretty naughty over the Christmas period and my new partner loves the take-away's!

  • Hi there, I lost 3 stone on SW in 2010 and sadly have put 2 stone of it back on in 2011! Due to being skint I stopped going to SW, and I never stayed for the meetings anyway. Mum bought me new scales for xmas so I can weigh myself now. I'm going to follow the SW rules again as I know it works for me. It would be really useful to have somewhere to record losses, so this thread is great!

I weighed myself today, but will post my proper starting weight on Jan 1st. I'd love to lose about 3 stone if possible, and doing it 7lbs at a time is a great idea! :)
