citizenkitten - I'm happy to co-run if that appeals? It might keep me on the straight and narrow! And congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
Thank you to you both for agreeing to take over this challenge :A, part of me is sad to let go, but after 4 years I think my work here is done
:xmastree:Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year :xmastree:
I'll update any total up to the end of the year & then wish you all the best of luck for 2013.

I'm popping on to wish everyone a Merry Christmas
Also to say I went a bit overboard this year - still kept everything pretty low in price - had to buy a lot due to the weight loss and all old clothes no longer fitted. I bought nearly everything in the sale to make amends and then sold most things on ebay that didn't fit or rehomed them.
Next year I shouldn't need to much so I think I'll set a lower budget and try hard to stick to that.
Also a big thank you to the wonderful Lula for setting up this challenge in the first place and helping me get a grip on my spending. Although I've never managed to stick to the budget it has made me think hard about do I need it, do I want it, will I wear it? This is my mantra now that I stick to and not buying it due to the price and for the sake of it!
Also a thank you to Lotti and citizenkitten for taking over and running the new challenge xfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Hi everybody,
Thanks Lula for starting the original thread and continuing it on for 4 years :T
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all,
and all the best for 20130 -
I have loads of clothes but I want a warm jacket from NorthFace and a pair of ankle boots from Buffalo, neither of which I can afford to buy anytime soon but I'm setting my budget for 2013 at €500 to cover the cost of these as both are really expensive but good investment items for me.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000

decided 500 was too severe including the dress as I am a bit of a clothes fiend.... though i have to say i wear everything in my wardrobe... but yeah i am not going over 500 for my dress... think it is a bit ridiculous to spend so much money on something you were once???citizenkitten - I'm happy to co-run if that appeals?
