Have been really good and had a no spend couple of months! Although was sent the new Autumn catalogue by H+M and I want it ALLLLLLL. Will have to restrain myself and buy a few things as a treat for my trip to Budapest (after I've lost some weight that is!)

    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000

Well I succumbed to a pair of cherry red shorts by Nxt - they just about on my knees and thats enough of leg to show for a lass like me -but they cost £3.45 from CS. Plus a bargain of a pretty off white sleeveless vintage Victorian style blouse at a snip for a £1 -worn both plenty of times so quiet happy.

Plus managed to sell three items of clothing on ol' ewatche- me-call-it and they raised £13 so pleased with that especially since the bag of clothes I sent to the company (clothes for money type of thing) raised a paltry £13.80 and there was apparently 25 kilos - with only 3 kilos not being best quality. There was nothing wrong with any of it! I was so careful to stick to their guidelines - they literally want stuff that is brand new!
Trouble is I don't have time at moment to list or do car boot and 25 kilos is definitely a weight to shift all at once(and I gained more wardrobe space quickly so my clothes are not so squashed). The money is being put away for the camping weekend am going on with DD's in a few weeks time.

    Off to update signature.

  • Have spends to report . 4 pack of knickers and a 3 pack of socks total £3.50 and i really did need them ! I also need some slobby about the house warm joggers but shockingly my primark has got any. So spending more getting them elsewhere. I was a good girl put some items in my basket and took them back out again..virtual saving £16.50.

  • Ho Hum......Guess who went to the Trafford Centre yesterday for the first time? (Was only there as watching Olympic ladies Footy)

Oh dear...talk about being dropped in a sweetie shop and having two dd's with me didn't help!

Well I have to admit I did have pur-chase:o

have been looking for weeks for new new rib vests - found them in
R£puBL1c - in sale down to £5 each - nice quality cotton, good colours nice racer back shaping, longer length, so bought a french navy and a good ol' black one! So have the staples that I have needing so very happy.

But I did fall into H & MMMMMMMMMMMMM and it makes me laugh I did have a mad moment and have bought a pair of burnt orange(yes orange!) cotton tapered leg chinos - beautiful comfy material, fits great, and a size 10,and if I go off the colour I will just dye them! But at a price of £5 from £20 I jus tlove them.

But the maddest thing I bought was a pair of dull silver metallic tight jeans! I knew that even if I never wore them, my DD's would. And I wasn't wrong - My Youngest DD changed into them in car park before match!:rotfl:so I don't think I will ever see them again so in that case the whole £3 reduced from £24.95 I won't declare on that!

So a whole £15 to declare for me - but pleased with what I got.

Debbie, I bought a pair of coral jeans earlier this year and was rather worried I'd look silly in them, but bit the bullet and wore them out - nothing but nice comments and it seems from the lack of people pointing and laughing that I don't look a complete fool, so enjoy the burnt orange chinos :D

What match did you see? I watched the USA v Canada game on TV, how good was that? it's amazing women's football is as big as, if not bigger than the men's in the USA.

Aww thanks,I can't wait to wear them tbh,I would have done so tonight but just taking the dog for a walk did seem a bit excess to getting dressed up:rotfl:

That was the game we went to see - OMG it was fantastic! The atmosphere was electric, really supportive for both sides - great to see plenty of girls going to watch it and loads of families too! The groups of lads that went that were sat near to us were really loving the game for what it was too - really encouraging

Top class football, just shame it wasn't team GB -both my younger DD's play and to be honest I was a football widow many years ago to my Ex - and I hated the game.
But for past 4 years my girls have been playing -completely different kettle of fish, although am still trying to get to grips with all the rules and the language of it all.(It took a coach ages trying to explain the off side rule to me in a cafe using the salt & pepper pot, bottle of ketchup and the sugar bowl and I still get mixed up sometimes between them all:rotfl:)

Oh and it's a great way to meet the boys too according to my girls;)

Declaring £17 on a pair of fab teal pj's from Sainsbugs of all places. I never usually find anything I like in there but love these. Besides, cost per hour's wear on pj's is probably better than anything else in my wardrobe :rotfl:

Won't miss Kew - never seem to find anything that fits me right... reckon they cut for pear shapes and I'm not, so usually find neckline odd or bust too small.
