Soulie - I love those retrievers. Can't wait to see that finished.

I am right handed and mostly use right hand on the top but if I work on the right hand side of the frame can swap.

Still no stitching, still knitting...:o

Oh no, that'd be awful

What airline was that - I've been on quite a few different ones, and they only thing I've had taken from me was a cable needle (for knitting). Annoying but not life critical

I have taken a needle abroad before and on a plane, but have never used one while on board just incase they took it off me. I dont know if you are aloud to take needles on planes or not. Well I have been a little busy on White Lightning over the past week or so.

Well it's only Edinburgh--->London so will leave the stitching in my bag during the flight and just read on board.

I can't get out to the shops today or tomorrow so my lovely mum was passing the chemist and got me a 100ml bottle of solution:T

I am going on Tuesday, so I had to look it up myself anyway Isn't it just as quick to get the train, after all the travelling to the airport, and checking in and whatnot...?

They are copy patterns/kits usually cheaper on ebay but they don't use DMC/Anchor threads. They also seem to be bigger than the originals. Personally i love my African lions and no-one who has seen it has said "oi thats a cheap copy" :rotfl: My full kit cost me less than £10 and i have loads of thread left over. But always look out for bargains my proper Czar kit cost me £9.99 down from £46 :T

Not sure which airline, I will ask her tomorrow, she was attempting to stitch on board, luckily she had packed extra in her suitcase in case she did have it taken away or lost it. I think it was when she was going to Egypt as well so was a long flight!
