Well it's a 15 min drive to Sainsbury's lol, so I drag hubby out at weekends when [STRIKE]we[/STRIKE] I need stuff. We have a Tesco close but their frames are rubbish (and expensive!) I am as rural as I want to be (On the outskirts, but after our village it's fields and moors) I would miss the shops being any further out.

Ohhh you've just made me spot more that I 'need' to frame.....:rotfl:

I'm not doing so bad this year though - my sig shows my completed stitching, the ones in red are stored away in the box and the blue are finished/framed/gifted etc. There is more blue than red for a change

Louise that really is some Stash. LOL i actually have shown it to my hubby before and said "see I'm not that bad!!"
I remember Roly and Mo think it was in one of the last stitchy mags i had on subscription so prob around 2010. they look great framed and I agree with the 'snow' effect.

Louise - love the framed pieces. Made it into Sainsburys today with friend but we didn't have time to have a look at the frames. Will have to try and get back their later in the week.

Well here is the update after one week of stitching.



Doesn't really look much as there is a lot of white and 'not quite white' which doesn't really show in the pic.

Total project is 58,800 stitches

Total stitched so far 1,700

Still to stitch 57,100 :eek:

Have probably had more stitching time this week than I would normally have had so next week I don't think I will manage as many stitches.
