yes thats the one :T:T:T Its amazing :T:T:T
Did you enjoy stitching it ???

I had a feeling it was you!

ETA - it looks like its available from the stitchdirect.com website. Its available in chart format (£15.95/£19.14????) and kit format £56.87 ). I think it might be something I buy with my sealed pot money!

Well *ahem* it did become a UFO for a while, which is why it wasn't completed until 2010 :o but I did enjoy stitching it, it's fairly simple, I just stitched round each area and then filled in the sections . I also alternated a bit between doing the map and the flags so I wouldn't get bored.

I pretty sure someone bought this collection, possibly Mags_cats. Seems a good buy if you can afford the initial outlay.

Mags - whilst mentioning your name I have remembered that I didn't thank you for posting the link to the framers you use.I am hoping to go over there in the week and find out how much it will cost to frame my mother and baby. Do you have any objections if I say you have recommended me?

Louise - thanks for the link to the Darth patterns a now a not so little biy that would love these. May have to see if I get itme to stitch one.

Chicky - Princess Palace is coming along really well. You can't have that much left to do now.

I had a full set bought for me recently by a combination of my Mum and some friends all contributing so I only paid about half the cost :)

I used the Enchanted needle site and they were excellent.

No problem with saying I sent you to the framers, Ailsb - but I can't promise you'll get a discount! :rotfl:I was in quite recently, getting Tenby done so they should remember me!

Rather off topic but just reading your post (and signature) -I note that you have achieved your rainy day fund - six months wages. This is something that has always eluded me. even saving one month! Is there a thread somewhere on here that you followed or did you simply do it off your own back??

That's amazing! Sometimes I'm disappointed by free charts - they're all tiny designs and not very detailed but these are proper charts and you're right, there are hundreds:T

    I love this place!

I know! Its not obvious from the titles but when you click on a chart, some of them are amazing! I found a lovely chart of venice which I'm sure my friend would love. Its nice to be able to get something back for once. :T

I see Sew and So are becoming more prominent on twitter and fbook -but I have yet to see any competitions or promotions or 10% off deals 20% off deals. I also miss their monthly competition where you got to pick a cross stitch kit (up to £15) and if you won - you got that kit. I know you get entered into a draw if you review a kit but thats not the same.
