my fav is the 'bump' on mums - it's make a great new mum card just on it's own.0 -
Been busy day - it was DS2's 7th birthday so we had family over till 11pm.
I completed a little gift for my niece this afternoon - I was at her ballet show on Saturday night, tried the silhouette but at 1 over 1 it was annoying me too much so I went with this design instead (which I actually like better)
I'm going to go back and get another couple of those frames to put away, it makes a nice change from a plain frame.
Love this design and the frame is perfect (where did it come from? You mentioned that you were going to get more. I think you made the right choice about the design - the pink instead of the black silhouette (based on the assumption that the recepient is a child not an adult).0 -

back from the shops (Well supermarket) after being treated to a cooked breakfast (was surprisingly very tasty), a trek round the clothes aisles (several pounds poorer after buying two pairs of work trousers and a suit jacket to match) then home to my auntys to drink tea (munch naughty cake from said supermarket) and watch daytime tv! beats being at work!
GRRRR at the kindle book I bought this morning (Peter James - Not Dead Yet) (I paid £7.69) - its now priced at £7.19  only 50p difference (and I threw more than this in food away yesterday) but still bugs me.
Having some catch up time on the computer and need to update my financial spreadsheet (which will no doubt frown at me :rotfl:) then hope to settle on the sofa with the cross stitching :T0 -

Louise - that is really lovely, looks great in that frame
, and what a bargain frame.
Well Chicky - I have had a responce, the lovely lady at Bothy threads will be contacting Helen Smith and having a look at her new Dictionary of range, as she had not seen the ones we mentioned. Looks promising! :T Amazing what pester power will achieve.
Well I managed a few hours of stitching yesturday, so fizzy moon bear is starting to resemble a bear at last! A few more hours [STRIKE]cuppas and cadbury cream eggs[/STRIKE] and I should get it finished.
Sorry FOS - my fault, in my defence though I did put a spoiler alert lol.
How about the next one I stitch after fizzymoon I won't say what it is and let you guess it?
Right off to stitch
have a lovely evening all
