Nmm - sorry to hear about your Granda, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
FOS - the dragon toasting marshmallow may never get framed unless I get one I can frame myself. If it does get framed then it will probably go in the spare bedroom. such a shame really my son loved the design when he was little.
I now have the following left to frame:
Toasting Marshmallows
African Lady
Wedding Sampler - needed by 2nd June (need to get it sorted)
Embroiderers Prayers
Lavendar & Lace Mother & child
and thats after framing the 2 birth samplers. Need to know where I can get mounts of varying sizes from.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

Ailsb - I've occasionally managed to get some mounts from Wilkinsons but the colours and sizes couldn't be described as extensive. Is this something you can get online?

Evening ladies
nmm - Sorry to hear of the sad passing of your Granda, my thoughts are with you.
Not a lot of stitching done here today as had allergy testing for DS, he is definately allergic to nuts.Poor kid, can't have eggs either due to an allergy. School and other kids parties will be fun for him, not.
Well DD found the freebie kit of Fizzy Moon from csc, and begged me to stitch it for Daddy, so to make sure it is done in time Newton is on the pile of unfinished that is growing very big.
So far I have done about a 3rd of the rosette. Will post pics as soon as I can prize DH's phone from him...
Louise - I know the feeling, its all money money money these days. DD has brought a letter home from school today asking for money for tickets for the summer show (which we will have to organise costumes for at our own cost), sponcership form, and reminding us about the red, blue, white and bling party which they have to attend (costume and entrance fee - more money! ).
Oh and a note about a Jubilee party at school on a weekend at £2 for adults and £1 for kids (although it is optional there is the guilt trip of the money is for the school facillities).
Ailsb - the Range sell mounts, might be worth a look?
Sweetcarer - what a thoughtful husband, he's a keeper.
Right ladies I am going to attempt some sleep, fingers crossed tonight is the night I get a full 8 hours! (need it, I am full of cold - everyone needs to be aware of thatlol. And 4 nights of insomnia
makes for a very grumpy AM!)
Night night

Thanks for the mention of Wilkinsons and the Range for mounts. I've tried Wilkinsons, managed to get one for one of the birth announcements but didn't have bigger ones. Will try to get a visit to a Range next weekend (it's quite a distance from me so had to be a day out journey).
I've just got back from the hospital after sending the night there - well from about 1am - with my hubby. He was in awful pain in his back, with the pain coming and going in waves. At 5.45 they said they believe he's passed a kidney stone, funny but I said the same at 1.15am!!! Anyway he's in bed now snoring and I'm awake waiting to get our son to school before I can get some sleep. Luckily I'm not at work today.
Augustsmummy - sorry to hear about your little ones allergies. He will get used to what he can and can't eat and may grow out of it as he gets older.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j
