Just a quick visit to wish you all a Happy Easter.

Have started a little kit from one the the mags - will post pic later in the week.

Still haven't made up fire engine card :o - no doubt I will be doing it the night before its needed.

Welcome to all our newbies and will catch up with all the posts later.

Might copy your idea Louise of sorting your mags. I haven't got too many atm but it might be worth starting now before it becomes a marathon task. Caught a little glimpse of your baby shoes - aaahhh they are lovely.

Enjoy rest of holiday weekend everyone.

    Happy Stitching.

I can't wait to see Beautiful Dreamer finished :D he is absolutely gorgeous, and I can't wait to get started myself. I still have a long way to go on my Winter Angel though, so will be a little while off yet. I will post some pics tomorrow.

What colour fabric are you using? I meant to ask you, and do you think it would be ok on 14ct? Not sure what size I would need to get though. Probably be some sizers on Google if I look.

Its meant to be stitched on 14ct, but it gives sizes for both 16 & 18ct. The fabric is dove grey colour.

    The measurements are:
    277w x 196h Stitches
    14ct, 19 3/4w x 14h inches
    16ct, 17 1/4w x 12 1/4h inches
    18ct, 15 3/8w x 10 7/8h inches

As i said i went for 16ct as a fat quarter fit perfectly with 2-3" spare for framing.

    HTH, Nicola :)

The Easter weekend has gone quickly and I haven't managed any stitching :( I last did stitching two weeks ago!

I am not sure what the plan is yet for tomorrow but I intend to fit some stitching in somewhere!

I hope everyone has had a lovely easter day and enjoyed some chocolate munchies :j
