Thank you both, there is no rush i think she has 4 months to go and is expecting a boy, she miscarried last year so we are hoping all goes well this time

Happy new year everyone!!
Nmm - I like that safari one
Oh can I ask - you know the soluble pens.....how long do you leave them before washing out. I know they say no longer than a month, but I see many of you use then on HAED for example which is obviously going to take more than a month, so what do you do about the pen? I'd be paranoid it wouldn't wash out....Challenge savings 2010-2016 £1564.60:j

Hello everyone Happy New Year:beer:
I have been lurking.... I didn't get the highlands picture done for Mum and Dads xmas pressie, the light in the lounge is so carp. Does anyone know if Hobbycraft do daylight bulbs or anyother website that you recommend. I had a sort out today and found two of the little breast cancer kits of a shoe and the other was a handbag...... now I can't remember where I have put them... so they are lost again:rotfl:8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140 -
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
Love everyones pics.
Started blackwork owl but didn't want to spoil my only bit of evenweave as ive not done blackwork before and only used evenweave once before. So doing a practice run on a bit of spare aida- looks ok so far.
 Here's hoping we all have lots of good health and happiness in 2012.

nmm - I have a couple of Beatrix potter birth samplers charts if they are of any use? And possibly a Shaun the sheep one - I will have a hunt!
Well I managed a few stitches on a lickle bear Christmas freebie kit. Figure if I start it now it WILL be finished by Christmas :rotfl:
DS is absolutely full of cold with a high temp, so not a brillant start to the new year!
I shall have to crack on and finish "On the beach" now as my Dad is coming over for a few days soon. Might as well give it him to take home, save me postage :money:and I can put it in a propper frame with glass rather than plastic in it.
Thanks Katyliz - it is nice that you guys understand. DH still can't understand why I was offended. I guess he figures I can still cook loads for him even if I end up with a total removal. Boy is he in for a shock if that does happen.
Right best go settle DS - he is wingeing again poor little lamb

Hi guys, happy new year :j Lets hope this one is better than last year :rotfl:
A friend of mine is expecting and i wanted to stitch her a birth sampler something simple, i like this one clicky and wondered does anyone have it already?;) Or something similar, i'm not too fussy
Forgot to say she likes animals too, so any cute ones would be great. TIA
Just found this one, clicky its cute and not too expensive really.
I've got Bothy threads Old McDonald if you want it, a Noah's Ark one too, and erm, well lots actually :O
I also have a bluetits kit for whoever wanted it, not sure it's it's the same though...0 -

Mine has been on an HAED for well over a year and washed out easily. Never had a problem washing pen marks out. They wash out more easily than the pre-gridded aida fabric as well.
Emma - congrats on your HAED progress, I love the colours in that one, so pretty
I am still working on 'Candlelight' atm, going to finish that then get back to my own HAEDCross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219.
