Just talking about new years resolutions with the kids and we've decided that the biggy for us as a family this year is to be more organised! We're all fed up of rushing around at the last minute so I'm going to do a detailed timetable of where everyone has to be and when. Fingers crossed it'll help for a little while!
Happy New Year everyone - hoping that 2012 is going to be great! x0 -

Happy New Year everyone. Would love to join you this year - I did join last year but very inactive! OH bought me a sewing machine a couple of years ago which I have hardly used. I used to do a lot of sewing years ago and as I am about to change jobs I should have more time.
I bought some quilting tools at a sale ages ago which I was thinking of selling on ebay when I got an email from craftsy about a free "block a month" course which looks quite good so have signed up for that. I have posted this on the freebie board but here is the link if anyone interested - it would keep me motivated if someone else joined!

Hope everyone ok, I was that stuffed that i couldnt even eat Dinner, I took one look at that was me gone, wouldn't have minded but I only had 2 drinks last night, as Miss hoodie stayed up to see in New Year with me, bless her, we saw it on TV, then up the path to our nice neighbours who came out, so we were talking to them for ages.
had a very lazy day, just remembered we needed one more xmas present, the icecream farm we go to they always look after us, last time we took 2 presents (home made jewellery), but got there and realsied there was 3 ladies who run the kitchen, luckly there was only 2 on. So for the last lady we've done necklace, braclet + earrings set, cost me £2 to make. They came and gave Miss Hoodie + her friend an xmas selection box, at easter they give her an easter egg, just a little thank you to day we appricate you. espically as mum and me being hogging table most of the day while he kids run around!.
Theres a small shop so see if theres any little xmas prezzies we can buy! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

I've gone through all the family birthdays and am pleased to see I have stuff for more than half of them, plus most likely enough for all the parties the children will get invited to. (Luckily not so many now they are a bit older, LOL!) Now I just need to exercise some self-control on the Grabbit board!0
