Hello all :j
mum2one - well done with the holiday:T
All good intentions today - was going to put out my marigolds and nasturtiums........ventured outside to have a look where to put them and thought better of it - so cold !!! Don't think that plants would thank me for it and I certainly wasn't going to freeze in the process.
So came back indoors and got my paints out -again ! Must think of something else to do. I've done about 30 notecards with little paintings on. I could give them out as pressies if I knew people who wrote letters but most of my friends apart from a couple always use e mail. Only other thing I can think of is putting them in packs of 5 or 10 and giving them to the charity shop.
I have got another ''project' to have a go at but need to get some scrapbook paper. It's a file box (well sort of) and all covered in a sort of patchwork style could look nice enough either to use or give as a pressie.
Hope you're all ok:)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hello all :j
dundeedoll - there's a boot fair at the local school tomorrow and I get the feeling I'll have to get my duffle coat out -thats if I venture out into the cold:eek: It's like winter. Still......our paper says we're in for a mini heat wave next week:T
Not done a lot today.........too cold to be in the garden so wrote a few letters/cards -got to use up some of these cards with my little paintings on them.
Heard last night that another lad we used to foster is to be a dad in December........so good reason to write to him and bring him up to date with whats gone on at our end.
Looking like I'll have to get my knitting needles out again.
Hope you're all ok:)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hi Susan, yes its lovely thanks. Got a bargain.
YD sorted her room out over the weekend, decided she didn't want her wardrobe anymore so today OH helped lift it into my workroom and I put some shelves in it and made it into a cupboard. Managed to get all my fabric away at last but I am shattered tonight.
Sat out in the garden for an hour this afternoon when I had finished but it wasn't that warm out there. The flowers are starting to come out though so a bit more colour out there now.0 -
