Thanks guys, I've asked for her "version" to be emailed to me, surprisingly they agreed to send it me. Ill check it when on laptop. got a friend who deals with these claims for his company so hopefully he can prove she is a dirty cheating scumbag liar.

She is saying I mounted the kerb and that I hit her. Kept making reference to cats being killed on the road and how children play, so she always go slow and tries to make out I was going so fast that when she checked her mirrors she didn't see me.

I hate this lying scumbag. So angry right now. She should be in prison for the lies she's making up the absolute scum.

I wouldn't worry too much mate she will get found out in the end. From your photo's it is quite obvious she has to go over to the other side of the road to get into her narrow drive (Measure her drive, Could you drive into it without crossing over and by how much?). That could be to your advantage at least it shows you didn't mount the kerb. It would be interesting to see her sketch of you hitting her and how she would have got into her drive at her angle of approach. She should have reversed at least you would have seen her reverse lights giving you an idea what her intention's were. If she indicated to go into her drive why would you have mounted the kerb at speed to pass, you would have had enough room to overtake her on the right and safely. She hasn't thought it through. Hope it works out for you mate.

Fingers crossed for you Mark. Hopefully they'll look into the road set up and see that she couldn't possibly get into her drive without taking a big swipe. It's her fault for not indicating or looking in her mirrors or around her. As I said before, my drive would be similar to hers and I have to keep my wits about me to get in. If you'd went into the side of her that would be a different story. She obviously went into the side of you.

I was once in a 5 car smash on black ice. No-one was hurt. I was the 3rd car of 5. A few weeks afterwards I got a letter from the 18yo girl who was in the first car trying to blame me for the accident! She had braked and spun 360 degrees. 2nd car went into her. I went into 2nd car, 4th car went into me, etc. Turned out she was driving her dad's car under her own insurance and was only covered 3rd party for driving his. As it turned out my insurance didn't pay for her claim. Sometimes they can see through the liars.

I had a car accident on Tuesday, we are both blaming each other for the accident, I am scared that at some point my car insurance company will get back to me asking for a copy of my driving license were they would see my points which I did not tell them about. Is there any way round this? Is there a possibility they may not ask for my license?

Attached is her 6 page statement, I've requested clearer images.
She is really trying to enforce the "boy racer" image (I'm 26, never had any speeding points etc) and keeps mentioning how cats have been killed due to speeders and children play on the road etc. I myself was a passenger in a bad crash a few years ago and am still a bit panicky now, am cautious.


Liar: cars have to gain position in middle of road to get into driveway
Me: i'll check but I think you have to go further right than the middle of the road to make the turning
