Decided to have a lay in instead of going to Boots, I'm sure it's next week but even if it is today I think I can live without cheap gift sets, I ended up with a few at Christmas and the toys are probably cheaper elsewhere online. For those that about to Boots, we salute you! lol

Pursue what exactly maxiemou? I get that you're annoyed they've lost your order and didn't tell you, but what you're entitled to because of this breach of contract is a refund, which you've got. You could also ask for some kind of goodwill gesture by way of apology - it's called a goodwill gesture because they do it out of goodwill, they're not legally obliged to, &that would be the £10 of points they've already given you.
Of course you can't claim the credit card interest, because you would be paying that interest even if they had fulfilled your order, that loss isn't consequential on their breach of contract.

Online orders can get cancelled due to website and stock control error, or as here get lost in transit, that's why I prefer to go to the stores on boxing day for stuff I really want to make sure I get it.

There was quite a bit of stuff at Bristol Cribbs last night when I went past and looked in to see if it was worth going - loads of the Soap & Glory Yum at Heart, plenty of fcuk bags and boxes.

Hmmm so it really is not looking like it's today is it! I'm still going to pop along there this morning as I would kick myself if I later found I'd missed out, but I'm reckoning it'll be next week.

I'll tell u why they do this (mislead us) its to get us all rushing to store only to find its not on and panic 'it might not end up on at all' or 'i best get this at half price before it sells out'. It's to get us out in our masses all excited and wanting to spend. I bet a lot of people end up buying at half price today when they get there and realise there's no 75% yet.
