Boots 1/2 Price Sale

I am keeping an eye on the sanctuary products, they are worth buying at 75%. I love their product esp the body butter, it smells so nice. I missed buying at Boots in the town centre at 50% hoping they will be reduced further but they are all sold, the smaller sets at £4 with 50%. I did manage to buy in a smaller boots shop near where I live, did not expect to find them there, it was a nice surprise, I will be keeping my eye on their 75% as not many people will buy.

Has anyone been in Chatham, Maidstone or bluewater branch recently is there much left?

My local boots has hardly anything left and they were putting all sun creams out so don't think will bother. There was not much left after Xmas and the shelves don't appear to have had any xtra. Once again looks like the smaller stores have missed out on everything.

Hi Princessmum, I;m in walderslade. Bluewater yesterday, shelves were still packed full from wandering past. I've heard chatham hasn't got a lot left but haven't been in personally.

Was just checking opening times and was considering doing Maidstone for the 8am and then going to Bluewater for the 9am opening!

Nice to see you. Wondering whether to go to Bristol on Wednesday or not. Been quite ill for 3 weeks with a nasty tummy bug and not sure if I could cope with a scrum. Not done much Boots shopping in the last year but maybe time to give Mr T a rest for a while and start giving Boots a go instead.

Vic Centre has mostly mens stuff, women's fragrance sets (and a bit of Sanctuary/Strictly/Liberty Hello Kitty), but there are only 3 sides of aisles with sale stuff on, compared with usually 6 or 7 in the past.

Broadmarsh, again, half the aisle space that you'd usually see with sale stuff on, no hair stuff at all, a few mens gadgets, loads of no7 hatboxes and boxes, loads of Sanctuary boxes, fair bit of Bobby Pin and Liberty Hello Kitty. In short, nothing I want, so I won't be there this year.

Loads of stuff ten days ago or so in the Trafford Centre, including biscuits, chocs, Fairtrade stuff and the S&G tins with the apron in it. Market Street has even more (last night) though I didn't look at the food shelves.

Anyone know if there is much left at lakeside?

I'm a bit worried it might be of the stores targetting by the trolley/clear the shelf brigade (who no doubt read this thread with interest to leech information without having anything to contribute...)

I went to an out of town retail park Boots this weekend and there was very little left and nothing I wanted except one Accessorize perfume set that wasn't worth the hassle factor for just that one thing!
