Does anyone know what is inside the 2 big sancturary sets in the sale? One was originally £25 and not sure about the other one - think it was a similar price. One is in a fancy box type thing, the other in a reusable wash bag. If anyone knows the products inside and their sizes I'd be really grateful - want to decide if they are worth getting at 75% off..didn't get a chance to check today in town. TIA

Went to Bluewater Boots on Saturday and they had a whole floor
jammed packed with xmas stock every xmas line they stocked. So people will have a field day in there when the 75% starts.
Thanks so much won't bother going to Chatham will just go to bluewater :)

Note to self - avoid BW - will be a nightmare!

I spoke to a Boots staff member a few days ago about the 75% off. She said that they don't get told the date either but there is a lot of stock left this year and there opinion is that it won't be happening.
Lots of their stock has already been bundled off and sent away to clerarance outlet stores elsewhere which has never happened before.

It happens every year, they send alot of stock, especially soap and glory to ASOS, and that does happen every year.

I read rumours on here every year that the 75% off sale won't be happening, but so far each year it has! :j Let's hope that this year is no different! :)

Last year the stuff that made it to the clearance stores really was the absolute toot. Weenicon mugs and a few hot water bottles - and much of it was only 50% off anyway - not even 75%. I swear they could not give some of it away!

And to the person who wants to take back their 50% off and buy back at 75% off - if you were the sa, would you let someone do this??

  • i could answer more fully if i knew what a "sa" was of course, however - its a bit galling to buy something and then see it reduced even further - has anyone experience of this?

I tried something similar in M&S once & they said they cant re-sell it immediately as they have to "process" it.

The fact is, you take the gamble of either buying it at a higher price, or holding out for a bigger discount but risking it not being in stock.
