firstly i do not work for Boots!!! but, if i did i would EXPECT to have first pick of the sale bargains- retail is hard work for little pay and ever increasing longer hours, so good luck to all the Boots staff who get some goodies, every job should have a perk!! just becaese they work at Boots doesn't meen they can't be fans of sales like we all are!!

To those who want to return items and get them 75% off instead... What I'd doif its something that's sold out is be upfront about it and say i bought this last week or whenever and have noticed its been further reduced, can I get a refund for the difference or return and rebuy immediately? See what they say. Or if its something there's loads left of and u know ur gonna be able to get it on sale day with no problems is not even bother carting the items around, just take your receipt and buy the same items at 75% then go back in and return them using your 50% receipt

Seriously! People on here need to get a grip, I thought these forums are supposed to be about helping out one another to find bargains and save a few quid, not slagging each other off and nit picking every persons post! No doubt someone with nothing else more important to do will be b*tching about me writing this - all I can say is get a life!!

I couldn't agree more. I fail to see where I stated Boots staff are not entitled to returned stock or how asking the SA why the item is behind the till 'suggests I am unhappy about it being there'. I guess some people have too much time on their hands and like to cause an argument by nit picking other peoples posts.
