A cursory scan of this thread would show that popular opinion thinks tomorrow!!!!
  • My local great Yarmouth boots still adamant that there will be NO 75% sale this year as advised by head office, although time will tell because they still had 6 or 7 shelves FULL of 50% off stock that obviously isn't budging

Well, I plan to visit the Boots store in Broadmead, Bristol early tomorrow morning, I have to go into town anyway so I'll take my chances and see if the 75% is, as expected, on Wednesday middle of January. Got down there late last year and only managed to pick up some crackers, gift bags and one measly cheap toiletry set so I'm braving the (possible) crowds this time as I'm after Sanctuary stuff.

By the way, please stop bickering, if you want to constantly argue then take it to private message and give the rest of us a break ;)

I can't see anyone bickering? Those posts were over 12 hours ago. The topic is back on track!

That will all start tomorrow :)

I am still undecided whether to go to the 75% off sale. There is nothing I really want although I could get a few more sanctuary gift sets for birthday and christmas gifts but I am wondering if it is going to be worth going. I have noticed a lot of stock disappear from my local store plus I will have to get up a bit earlier than if it was last week (due to freezing temperatures, so will have to defrost the car). Why could the sale not be last week, I was ready for it even though there was nothing I really wanted!

Yes, know exactly what you mean!

Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!
