I can't get the train anywhere anyway as service is suspended cos of a tree on the line. Getting so fed up of telling that to customers I'm now resorting to seeing how many different ways I can phrase that information :D

Only a short walk today. Day off tomorrow, so visiting a mate who's off work sick (so he says) - just worked out a route that is 12 miles so will walk one way, then train back. If my employer is running a service by tomorrow... :o

I was going all Yoda by the end of the day... 'Running trains are not'... 'Suspended the service is' :rotfl:

Glad I'm home and out of it - feel for those who've got a long commute home by bus...
