Only a short walk today. Day off tomorrow, so visiting a mate who's off work sick (so he says) - just worked out a route that is 12 miles so will walk one way, then train back. well first day back at work ,weighed and my guess was right 16 st 10 i'm gutted however bypassed the usual thursday takeaway saving £18 and hopefully pounds lolSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0

Did treadmill yesterday but not doing it today. Need a day off. I have stuck to my diet though. Will weigh in on Sunday.
