Only a short walk today. Day off tomorrow, so visiting a mate who's off work sick (so he says) - just worked out a route that is 12 miles so will walk one way, then train back. If my employer is running a service by tomorrow...

well first day back at work ,weighed and my guess was right 16 st 10 i'm gutted however bypassed the usual thursday takeaway saving £18 and hopefully pounds lolSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0
