Ladies, tomorrow is the big one, the start of 2012.
So post up your resolutions, plans and goals.- rejoin the gym and actually USE it.
- stick to slimming world as much as i can and loose the weight i put on so i can fit back into my old clothes so i don't have to hide in baggy tops anymore.
- get into a routine with getting up/going to bed.
- start every day with hot water and lemon.
- try and cut down on caffeine from drinking too much coffee and diet coke.
- watch my sugar intake.

Hi All
My resloutions are
1. Lose weight -plan ahead better and stay away from sugar.
2. Start the day with water and lemon or fruit tea.
3. Build in more (some!!) exercise - walking, home gym, yoga etc and have a proper routine to fit exercise in each day.
4. Keep up with the fabbing and take time each day to take more care of myself.
5. Saving - want to pay off my mortgage this year.
6. Be kinder to myself and learn to trust my body.0 -

- Ok, getting more fabbing! Definately eat more fruit!
- Move about more. Hopefully when the evenings get lighter I'll be able to walk more but it's tricky living beyond the reach of street-lights!

We'll be staying up to see the NY in and having a nice meal a deux this evening. We'll probably just chat and maybe play some games (better add it'll be things like Scrabble as there's so much inuendo on here today;)). TV seems such carp at the moment and the films that are on I've seen. Would be interested to know how others spend leisure time. That's one of my plans as I get cross with myself if I feel I've 'wasted' time.
Inuendo - moi??!!
Not guilty m'lud.
Oh alright then - heres a joke for you to start 2012.
Blonde (sorry all you Blondies) goes into a bar. Barman asks what she wants. Blonde says I'll have a cocktail please.
Barman rolls his eyes and asks patiently - which cocktail would you like Miss.
Blonde hesitates a moment and then says "Ooooh I'll have one of those whatchamacallits - a double entendre please".
So he gave her one.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'll get me coat.:o
