My store shuts at 7 tonight i know the times of the whoopies are all up in the air at the mo and every store is diff, but in your opinion what time would you guys go for the best reduction time tia

They're getting rather too good at removing the SEL's before they have to do a DTD. I have been known to take the SEL with me to the CS desk so that they can't argue with me.

I've never lifted an SEL as I don't want to be accused to tampering. I have however followed the CS SA to the shelf and back to ensure no funny business.

I take photos of the sel on mobile uust in case! Happened with the andrex glitch so got my dtd n the end!

I suppose if you've a shopping partner you could always get them to 'stand guard' @ SEL

After reading about you doing it, I now do this as well. I never trust them not to just remove the SEL when they go to check if not, or say it was in the incorrect place.

Stomp your feet, request the store manager gets his sorry !!! down to CS then request he checks the security footage.
