Half way down you'll see the section about double the difference.
Well you will if they are not hiding it behind a door/person/pile of random stuff...you have to be sneaky with them lol!!!Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -

HTH
If its anything like my store, its on sliding doors so generally covered! Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0 -
Can I just ask, where is the DTD sign? I've looked carefully at every sign at my local's CS desk and have never seen any DTD sign anywhere. This is why I'm so scared of going to ask for DTD.....
It's a blue board with white writing which starts with "Our promise..." about 2/3 down there is one starting with "If things don't add up..."
sometimes the blue board is on the wall behind CS and sometimes it's on a sliding door covering the storage cupboards at CS and they like to leave them open so you don't see itsay then that some time ago when you were overcharged on a different item a nice SA explained the policy to you...

Thanks everyone telling me what the sign looks like, I WILL find it now!!!!!In my store it's up on a cupboard door right behind CS BUT - they slide the doors across so if you didn't know the policy you would never see it:eek:
I'm sure someone's got it as their sig but it's something like "In the unlikely event things don't add up we will refund you double the difference"...or words to that effect!!!:rotfl:
Mine has sliding doors as well, might have to look closely there. I know the sig, I've got the words off by heart "In the event we overcharge you, we let you keep the item and give you a refund", but I didn't want to go quoting it then get asked where I'd seen this written! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I think it's actually:
"If things don't add up...
In the unlikely event that we charge you more then the price advertised on the shelf or on the product we will refund double the difference":D:D
I guess I spent lots of my time at CS reading the board...

That's what I thought. I thought the DTD policy was along the lines of:
In the unlikely event that we charge you more then the price advertised on the shelf or on the product we will refund double the difference0 -
Not much doing in my Mr T's , no whoopsies to speak of and the few that were there only a small reduction
No reduced signs on wrapping paper and only the odd pack of cards reduced . Xmas Sweets all normal prices .
They did suddenly have a couple of boxes of dog squeaky balls at 9p so got them all , at least it made my trip worth it , plus grabbed a couple of green teas and a strip of veggie crisps for my sister who likes them:eek:Never pay more than you have too0
