The problem with escorting the cs advisor is that in my case with the andrex, the sel was removed before i got to cs desk as they cottoned on to the error. Can also happen if staff are working on the dept.

Best advise is that if you have a dtd item, dont hang about getting other stuff, run for your life to cs!!!

Couple of other highlights today - found the 36p raindrop mugs, Daz Summer Flower power 880ml bc 7132 for £1.01, vanish oxi action liquid 1l bc 0946 £1.15, Cars 81p fleece blanket, tinkerbell parachutes 50p, yellow ilooms for 15p bc 1062 and got DTD on OOD sels for 3for2 OEP (:eek:) and 3 baxters soups for £2.
whoopsied xmas food did not take off the 2 for £5 discount
finally there are 2 full clip strips of 3p soft pegs in W1sh4w :j

Thats what i do. If i find one i pay for it straight away with no hanging about, before they have chance to remove the sel. I then go with CS to show them where the sel is!

They will do anything to get away without paying DTD!

Can I just ask, where is the DTD sign? I've looked carefully at every sign at my local's CS desk and have never seen any DTD sign anywhere. This is why I'm so scared of going to ask for DTD.....

It is a large long blue sign behind CS desk.
Probably 2 feet across by 4 feet high!

The DTD policy is 3rd up from the bottom!

There's a big blue sign on the wall behind the CS desk with lots of writing on - halfway down is a paragraph starting 'if it doesn't add up.....' that's the DTD bit.

Behind the Customer Service desk there's a big blue sign labelled "Tesco Policy" (or words to that effect).

Half way down you'll see the section about double the difference.

Not one in my local store either, but I got DTD on a blu-ray last week where the cs told me about it.
Wish I had known about DTD before as I was charged £15 too much on 2 xbox games a while back but just got the difference back.

In my store it's up on a cupboard door right behind CS BUT - they slide the doors across so if you didn't know the policy you would never see it:eek:

I'm sure someone's got it as their sig but it's something like "In the unlikely event things don't add up we will refund you double the difference"...or words to that effect!!!:rotfl:
