  • ps - anyone else notice in Ts that prices seem to have gone UP rather than down in the sales??????

So true....... last week I got the L'Oreal Paris skincare stuff (wipes, toner etc) that were half price at 99p and went up to full price at £1.97 about Tuesday. Was using my £1.50 off vouchers so a nice buy even at full price. Today the range is £4.70 per item :eek::eek: Shocking Tesco.

    morning Elite! :)

hope everyone had lovely xmas or great time if you're not celebrating :)

me and bf had a nice night in on Christmas Eve drinking wine, eating salmon for dinner(no Carp as I hate the bones) and watching movies :)

Christmas Day we went to visit some friends, brought some of them back to ours and drunk so much vodka that one didn't last long and we went creative with my eyeliner and bright red nail polish ;) he was also so p1$$ed he didn't make it to the loo while asleep so he woke up in wet bed!:eek::eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
(slept on a T air bed luckily so I didn't mind! :p if it was the sofa it would be a whole different story!)
we didn't know what to laugh at: him shouting 'why the f*ck did I p1$$ in my pants?!' or his lovely make up and nails he was unaware of! :rotfl:
so yesterday we drove them back home(oh and with them I mean him and his NEW girlfriend who woke up next to him feeling something wet and warm on her bum! :rotfl:she decided the sofa was more comfy after that!:rotfl:) and watched more movies and ate all the food that was left...

I'm glad I didn't go crazy with the food as it would go to waste... we only just managed the salmon, duck and the polish bigos... any more and I'd be throwing it away today... BUT the duck was lovely and I'm getting another one for New Year's Eve :j
No T for me so far since the 23rd  I might go Friday...

Have a nice day everyone! :)

This has happened to me before, I bought 2 x Crocodile Chomp board games which had a SEL of £2.00 ...they scanned at £10, so when I went to CS to go claim DTD the SEL had also been removed.
I argued that couldn't they find the member of staff who works in the toy section & ask if they removed it... CS lady said they don't have no specific member of staff working that section and it could of been anyone, manager was called over and wasn't no help either and they only offered to refund.

I refused and said I would go and call head office, the first person I spoke to at Head office wasn't helpful at all and said the stores decision is final.
So I hung up and called back to speak to somebody different and they were very helpful and said they would call and talk to the store then call me back.
When they called me back they said that they couldn't get in touch with the store as they were not answering the phone, so that he would take my word for it and send me a tesco money card for £32 (DTD). :)
