Well came home and did some more ad points ... I think I may have lost points from last night so will keep an eye on that

Going to my bed just now as I'm shattered ... Mr el is off for his park run, it's interesting how he didn't want to do it initially and only did it to make sure I was safe, I'm night shift this week but he's off for his run :)

It's called nectar ad points butti, you watch adverts and click to prove your still watching then answer a multiPle choice question and get nectar points for doing so, you get 4 points per advert and I think 5 for the 3 questions ( questions take seconds)

You can earn 250 points a week .... Might not be much but over the course of a year it's a few cinema trips , food or even a flight and it's all money saved :)

You are both sounding very fit. I was going to say El. There will be days when you are doing a series of nights when you will find it a hard slog to run. It's 'just' your body working against its natural bodyclock. Sounds like you are doing brill.

I'm gonna run again today when I get up, was gonna do the same run as last night, but I think I need a wee psychological boost, so I'm going to do day one of week one and compare the two runs to prove to myself how far I have came already

I would love to do park run today, but as I was nights last night and I'm nights again tonight and tomorrow I'm not going to risk my health, it will all come together that much is certain ... I will just need to make sure I take my time and do it right as I dont want any injuries :)

Take your time and build up stamina. In the long run you will be far better repeating a week as you will be stronger and have less potential of injuries. Well done Mr El too!

So tonight I did week one day one of c25k so that I could compare how I was at the start to how I am now, I found the running much easier and wasn't as out of breath so that's a positive, on a negative the niggle in my left calf that I felt yesterday came back with a vengeance, so I am not running tomorrow, I will rest my leg and see if it's ok for Monday, I still think I will repeat week two though and hopefully after repeating it I will be better prepared for week three

Tonights dinner was off menu as we still had some chicken tikka left to use so we had chicken tikka curry with naan bread again, will sugar shuffle my £1 over later, mr el went out for his park run today and did really well, he seems to be enjoying getting healthier himself

One bottle of perfume finished from my over supply, have moved into my no5 ... It's my fave perfume of all time and I have a lot of it, I usually keep it for night out etc but I need to start using it or it will go off and that would be a travesty lol

So I have moved the bottle to where the bottle I just finished was or: right in front of my face where I can't miss it :)

Also managed to use the last of the current bottle of moisturising lotion, however, being the new frugal person I am trying to become I cut open the lotion bottle and will maybe get another one or two goes out of it , then it will be onto the next lot

I am much preferring having all these things organised instead of half bottles here an there and none I them ever being used up and all going off and needing chucked out at once then having none left ( or so i thought but the cupboards had plenty)

Still need to think of a way that I can start using my makeup more though, I think part of the issue is that I don't need to wear it to work and when I'm out doing the garden I dont need to wear it either

Have ordered 4 thermometers for throughout the house so that we can get an idea of what our comfortable temp is ( still trying to work on gas consumption ) in hoping that will give us a more clearer picture so that we can tackle the rooms one at a time
