    thanks taxi :)

well i have went to Aldi for my first shop. notice i said first? i was impressed, some things were cheaper some the same price, there wasnt asmuch choice but from what choice they had i got most of what i needed, so will go there and supplement my shopping with asda. spent just shy if £50 but that also included a visit to an asian store where i stocked up on a few things we needed, i also bought some lamb tikka to try that out :)

came home and got stuck into some housework, the house is still a total mess but that is because i did they kinda deep clean that generally makes everything messy

have also put 16 books onto amazon, fingers crossed i manage to sell some of them, have got atleast another hundred to put on amazon but i will work on them a bit at a time.

have got some books to take to the charity shop as the money i would get for them isnt going to be worth the posting price.

ok mr el cooked a chicken and i have saved the skin and bones, and put them in the slowcooker to make a soup base, is this right?

57p Tilly tidy done today so that is also good

moving forwards and enjoying it :)

have managed to get another 12 books onto amazon, now i just need somewhere to store them whilst waiting for them to sell, will also need to look at buying something like jiffy bags to put them in for when they are sold.

took some books to the charity shop as well so that is th ings a bit tidier, have not stopped again today but it's great getting things done :)

i'm night shift this week, not really looking forward to it as on wednesday i have to go to a meeting with mil and aunty to do with her care as mil isnt sure about alot of things and i am needed to translate and basically deal with it all, then on friday morning i have the hospital again, so it is going to be a tiring week.

i also have a certain sheep and his flock coming for a visit this week so i need to have the house in some sort of organised chaos for that, will need to get the books etc to where they need to be so that no one falls over them :)

Cheers Skinty ... It's only £3.10 and I still have to post ... But every bit helps ... Will need to speak to mr el and see what to do with the money as he was talking again today and saying how glad he is that we havn't bought the heating system and just wants to concentrate on getting debt free ... I may put half and half into both debt payment and savings :)

I think Edinburgher and SweetDaisy have fantastic diaries for splitting saving and debt reduction (mortgages in their case but it's all debt just a different type).

Lots of progress! It's so much nicer when the OH is on board, I felt like I was running through custard until mine joined in....
