I purchased a voucher for Car Air Conditioning service. Hideen in the small print there is an exclusion for electric and Hybrid vehicles - something I have never seen with any other company - apparently ATS like to charge more for these cars! I looked at the small print before I wanted to use the voucher but after the 14 day refund period. I explained the circumstances to groupon but they refused a refund and told me I should gift it to someone!
Anything important like this should not be in the small print but clearly stated in the advert.

Not a nice company to deal with
Rubbish, I've had load of good deals from them.
Just checked your offer. https://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/mr-clutch-autocentres-4?keyw=car%20air%20con&crea=199274025354&netw=g&adpos=1t3&utm_campaign=UK_DT_SEA_GGL_TXT_TTT_SR_CBP_CH1_NBR_k*car%20air%20con_m*b_c*199274025354_d*UK-RTC-KWService-National_g*RTC-KWService-mr-clutch-autocentres-4-BROAD_s*495_t*kwd-297214954551&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&loc_physical_ms=9045622&loc_interest_ms=&template=ETA_DKI_3&gclid=CLeZ_tr96tQCFZEsvQod9k8NuA
It's hardly fine print, the terms are about 4mm high on my average screen and it's on the same page so hardly hidden!0 -

I purchased a red quilt cover set from them and even after washing before use I now have a pink feather quilt cover 2 Pink Feather Pillows a pink mattress cover sadly patchy pink looks dreadful I either bin them all or replace all my light coloured bedding sets with dark ones. As for Groupon have spent over a month now playing tennis with no resolution one big game for them last call to them was a supervisor in the Falklands. The whole company are a lot of penguins so they should disappear to Falklands. USLESS NEVER AGAIN0

I purchased a 4D film but the Groupon code supplied to me was not accepted by the merchants website. I then tried the Groupon security code (as suggested by Groupon) but that was the same. Groupon then told me to contact the merchant direct, but the merchant will not answer my emails and their customer services line are just an answering machine. I went back to Groupon and they will not help me at all, insisting that, as per the small print, there are no refunds or exchanges permitted! How can this be when the code was supplied by Groupon - surely my contract is with them and not the merchant? Others need to be aware that if they do have issues with a code not being accepted then they will get no support from Groupon and there are no refunds!0

So glad I found this thread on here!
I ordered a large personalised canvas from photo.gifts (Picanova) via Groupon. The good quality image I uploaded was a sunset in mainly blue tones with some pale yellow.
The hideous canvas I received in return is dark brown, with some yellow, no blue at all, and so very dark that much of the original image has disappeared. Nowhere near the original. Also, nowhere near the 'preview' their website showed me just before I confirmed the order! It is not usable for the purpose intended and I would be thoroughly ashamed to try to give it to anyone. If the return postage to Germany (where it came from) wasn't so expensive, I would gladly return the thing to them.
According to photo.gifts I have 'no ground for complaint'. The fact that it is unusable for the intended purpose and in no way compares to the original image, seems to have escaped their notice.
According to Groupon, they are sorry I am not happy and are willing to award me compensation of £4.80, but if I want a refund I should go back to photo.gifts. Hence I have got nowhere. So much for customer service.0
