No one has the right to go on strike anyway.. not in this economy... like remember a few weeks back ?> or was it months i forgot about those silly NHS workers going on strike.
They all should be shot and executed, the absolute nerve they have is disgusting.

No they can't.
The consent is only to validate an outcome payment claim between Provider & DWP with a future employer.
It would be a good idea for this to be stated on the form then if that is the legal position concerning data being shared.
So i take this that they are misleading people into signing these forms,i have s[poke to quite a few people on the WP and there are many out there who are not aware as to what their signing and especially why.
Where does it state on the consent form "The consent is only to validate an outcome payment claim between Provider & DWP with a future employer.[/QUOTE]! If it dosent, then as far as i am concerened thats not what i would be signing up to.I do understand the technicalities of if the data forms are not signed then it would be difficult for the provider to collect on their payments .
If anyones signing up to anything, then it should be made crystal clear to them as to what they are signing up to.Not some" Oh and by the way" you were also signing as to us being able to get a pile of cash.lol
Is all i can remember was its was consent for your data to be used/shared.
Seems strange i declined but now have a million spam emails a week comin at me for the first time in 10years.0 -
It was not a form I had its not even a form I should be seeing.
When someone from my providers was ringing this employer up they also sent them via email a form to complete. It had my details on and they were to fill in my start date working hours etc.
If people do sign the consent form then I guess this is the form all their future employers get sent.
But I didnt give consent and they obviously didnt look to see if I signed or not they must assume everyone does. They have till this friday to reply to me by letter so will let you know what they say.
They are also trying to trick people while filing in forms while doing job searches so they can contact the employers being found by the applicant. Do you have to fill in job searches etc at the WP.0 -
Just chased up my email with Iain Duncan Smith and Chris Grayling asking for a time frame as to when I will hear back from them. Don't hold your breath for a response, but I will keep on at them!0

If you don't like it, leave and get another job as we are all told in the private sector. shame!0

So when I didn't get a pay increase & everyone else did I could go on strike? I doubt it very much!0

You just stated the private sector can strike so I was wondering how that can be and IF the company recognisies a union for office workers why would a union come out on strike for one person? They wouldn't!0
