Its like no one knows whats going on. Got a review this week so lets see as I think I was referred around the 22nd July so maybe this will be the end.

the official leaving date will be on or very close to the date you got refered. even here where people are getting their exit a couple of weeks early the official finish date stays the same. so even though they have done their exit they are still officially on it. if you got refered on 22nd july you would have already done your exit by now if you were here.

Not the case in reality Im afraid.WP completers are being referred to MWA in their droves, so much so that the govt has pumped hundreds of thousands of pounds into getting new employers sign up.A spell on WP is not an exclusion reason for not being referred to MWA.JC advisers are now stockpiling their MWA referrals as demand far outweighs supply at the moment.

So what can they actually do when Regulations say WP Leavers shouldn't be referred. Will we be sanctioned or not? As i didn't go back lol

The provider should contact u and send u a form asking for your reasons for not completing the placement.This form is then sent to a decision maker with your reasons, who then makes a decision on the case.
A sanction for up to 13 weeks will be considered by the decision maker when they consider ur reasons for non completion.

Ok so no sanction then..... Might aswell leave a bunch of printed out parts on table when i sign on Friday so others can see they can ditch MWA and not worry about it...

After all rules are rules. They made the rule not me.

Sorry don't understand why you say no sanction, unless u have very good reasons for not completing the placement the liklehood is u will be sanctioned.

The JC can't mandate u to give them access yet but will do so under universal credit, but they can mandate u to register and create an account on universal jobmatch
