No dispute there. But it makes the argument so much easier when you can direct them to their own regulations contradicting their stance before it gets anywhere near the appeal stage. I do it all the time which is why I'm not using Universal Crapmatch and why as a WP returner I'm not doing any MWA. Actions speak louder than words, as they say.

will it elongate my time on the programme if that makes sense?
Your time on the Work Programme is 104 weeks from the date you were referred to the provider from the Jobcentre (not the time you started at the provider). Nothing extends that time although some providers have been trying to sign people up to an extended programme which is totally voluntary.0 -
no you still finish at the same time. it maybe worth contacting them to ask when your next appointment is.can anyone answer this?
My advisor was on holiday so i didnt get to make an appt as normal before i left the last appt.
I havent been for a few weeks and she hasnt been in touch.
Cant say im worried but will it elongate my time on the programme if that makes sense?0 -
here they are telling people that all returners must register. they havent gone as far as trying to say you must allow access though.Jerry_Mander wrote: »I do it all the time which is why I'm not using Universal Crapmatch0 -

I asked the JC about when I leave and they told me the WP would tell me but in the letter you get at the very beginning you are told that the DWP will tell you when it ends.donnajunkie wrote: »around here they are exiting people a few weeks early.
Its like no one knows whats going on. Got a review this week so lets see as I think I was referred around the 22nd July so maybe this will be the end. We’ve had to remove your signature. Access to your account is totally voluntary, that's why there's a tick box for it. Tell your adviser you do not wish to allow access (you don't have to give any reason) but also tell them to put on the LMS system (their computer system) that you have been asked, have refused and don't wish to be asked again.
By the way, silly you for giving them your phone number! That's not mandatory either.0
