    So let me get this straight, the WP organisations get paid even if you find yourself a job and not them find you one? Why is it even like that?

    they get paid if you sign the consent form and get your own job yes or course they do as the Gov say its the WP that has got that job for you when it wont be at all

    Disgusting. Which consent form is this, the one in the induction? I probably signed it already.

    its the one that says you allow them to share your info etc

    I was told sign it or we cant put you forward for any jobs so I signed it and how many have they put me forward for...............ZERO!!

    Ah yeh I signed that one, got a copy here, but it says you can withdraw so I might be cheeky and withdraw just before I get a job, thats if I get it totally myself and not from them :D

    Yes you withdraw before you sign off and never tell them at the WP of the JC you have a job and then they can not contact the employer and receive a pay out for doing nothing at all

    They get paid even if u dont sign the consent form,the only reason there finding hard it with me is i pay my own tax and ni so i keep getting emails from them and letters and i just never sign on again and never even told the job centre.

    no they can not hassle you if you have not signed the consent form as they would have no idea where you are working. No they do not get paid for the job part if you have not signed the consent form.

    The dwp tell them and i never did sign any off there forms they will do what ever they have to to get paid.
