Aldi tend to be a tougher employer , Please let me know over the next week or two what numbers you have and I will organise interview

Aldi tend to employ clean cut presentable people who are generally in the 20 to 30 age bracket

    i'm with avanta
    Pardon?

You are on the WP? Who emailed you?

ray1971 says they are available at all JC yet fails to tell us then they are only available for the under 24's and those NOT on the WP yet we are on a WP thread here so.................

I wonder if ray1971 works at the JC?

You are all still missing the difference between INDUSTRY and JOB FUNCTION

SBWA's are available for the 25+ age group and not just limited to 18/24's.No I didnt mention that they are not available for those on WP as I was merely answering the question about guaranteed job interviews so thought it was a relevant answer.
I get the feel from this forum that this is really about expressing ones negativity towards the governments programmes as there seems to be very little positivity and lots of blame-quite typical really as I presume most people posting on here are long term unemployed

well you tell us ONE positive about the WP as I am struggling to find one at all and this is the first time since I left school in 1987 that I have been without a job and believed the WP would help me!!

If they worked we/I would not be unemployed.

I have a god CV and 20 + years experience , 4 references which means nothing when employers wont interview the unemployed (and I have that in writing!)

    you sound very slightly disapproving

please don't de-rail this thread with petty assumptions

It's actually been a lot of support to me to know I'm not dealing with the stress of the chaos and badly thought out procedures that I'm on the receiving end of

people have been informative and helpful whether they are long term unemployed or not

if you want to kill the thread and all the support it's giving people keep towing the DWP party line and the judgements because all you will do is force people to start another thread and we all agree to block you

or we could carry on a constructive discussion

there is plenty about YOUR life I could disapprove of but I don't know you so why would I get judgemental

    do me the same courtesy
