just been reading through what is next on the government website. it says within days we must be either in training, on a work placement or on an intensive jobsearch course. later it says we must attend the jobcentre more regularly and possibly everyday. anyone spot the flaw? how can you attend the jobcentre regularly if you are doing something full time like a work placement? you cant be 2 places at once. what a bunch of wooden heads they really are.
    training to do what?

Work placement where? If its a job they need to pay us

Intensive job search? Where? At the WP who have NO SPACE AT ALL with PC's that are 15 years old and refuse to pay travel unless it suits them and then they would need to pay us subsistence for lunches etc.

And then attend the job centre every day? Eh? Surely that's why they offloaded people to the WP as they have no staff and no room to deal with everyone!

like i think has been said already most jobcentres will need more than 5 members of staff to run this as they say it will run. it will cost more than 30m as well. i actually think it would cost more than the wp to run and that gets 600m a year.
the link says it will be UP TO 5 so it could be 1!!!

yes its full of flaws. i can say with alot of confidence they wont supply lunches or extra money to pay for lunches. it will probably be travel expenses and thats it. i hope they allow time off for sickness and holidays for those who already have them booked.

i guess it will depend on the numbers they have to deal with.

i think it will be like i mentioned. it will depend on what the adviser you get is like and what the adviser you get thinks of you. some will get an easy ride while others will get a hard time.

there really is no room for anyone at mine and no toilets to use either so they would have to address that if making people spend more than 30 mins there

Their full of crap! love to see them implement this one on top of the 4.7 billion they've !!!!ed up the wall of tax payers money on a 97% total failure. Its economics and nothing the Tories or labor do will make this better. Its going to take a decade at least. They should shut their big golden spoon gobs and be lucky their all earning big salaries on the backs of the vulnerable while they spill this bull to us all year in year out.

Don't forget the other great idea of universal job crap invented to sanction people rather than find them work;).

    Good luck to all.
