Morning All,
What a busy thread this morning, I will never remember everything as I am normally on the 1st page:D anyway hugs and positive vibes where needed especially for the poorly little baby. Topsy hope the letter worked.
DG and Beth what lovely mums you are
Welcome to Doelani and Kitty, you will love it here
Thanks for all your positive wishes re the job, I just don't think it was meant to be, something else will come up I'm sure.
Feeling really positive about my weight just now. Trying to eat healthy.
Taplady tell your sis the thing that's working for me just now is visualising every morning and night before I go to sleep and when I wake up how I will look at my goal weight. For me it's imagining myself in a size 10 dress at my sons wedding next December in Australia. And if I do feel like eating rubbish I have been doing 20 mins on the wii fit.
DH has asked me to organise all his ebay posting so will do that in a mo and then when DH arrives home we will nip to the post office and library as I have run out of books and need something to read over Christmas.
Tea tonight will be fish and salad for me and pizza and salad for the fellas.
The snow has all been washed away and it feels quite mild today.
Good luck for those with ovens still to clean, I've done mine:p

Working hard to get rid of our debt.0 -
Time for a catch up lol
Downstairs cleaned, just having cup of tea and waiting on floors to dry so I can banish dogs to kitchen again and go upstairs.
I really hate he thought of freezer stocktake as I use loads of chicken and just know not enough in there to do over Christmas so going to have to go to makro to get some. I buy the boxes with 5kg in them as no one in our house wil eat anything except breast so easiest way to buy in bulk.
I hope everyone is sorted for Christmas meals as I have not even the abot it, daughter working Christmas day and son going to stay with his girlfriend so only hubby and me on he day, wl probably be something easy for lunch lol we have stepkidshen on boxing day so will make proper meal that day although will just be glorified roast dinner as some do not like turkey, some do not eat beef or ham so as you can machine meals in my house are fun lolTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
JulieG - if you're even thinking of straining past your bump to shave your legs you must be due any second. Best of luck!! xxxx
:rotfl:That gave me a good old giggle! Have decided that DH can help me this afternoon... since Roo is so low in my pelvis I can't bend... and it's his fault I can't reach them!!!:rotfl:We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. So work sent me off to hospital and then told me to come home and rest. as talking inflames it more :rotfl:
Picked up pup from my sisters and walked him round the block.
Did a bit of invoicing for OH and need to sort out some other finance bits today.

Hi all
Another chilly day today; I seem to spend nearly as long putting on the outdoor gear ready to take Sidney for his walk as we spend on the walk!:D
Lou have a Wolfy (((HUG))). Sweetie, I understand where you're coming from; I deal with suicidal thoughts on a daily basis. I keep telling myself “not just now, I have X, Y and Z to do first”, and get through on a day-at-a-time basis. I only mention it so that you know you're not in isolation there.:o Have you managed a bit of grub? I just got myself a HM tomato bread sarnie, with Quorn and pickle in; I really wish you'd join me, I hate eating alone.:o
Moorhen healing vibes duly on their way to the poorly 2-month-old. Poor little mite!
Shalva I don't really know a lot about Chanuka, but wish you a happy time.
Beth wow, you busy lady! Good wheeze putting the baby on one of her Mum's T-shirts.:)
Adelight ooh, don't get me on my soapbox about skivers! I know someone who went sick, then turned up for the work Xmas do, then resumed his sick leave the following day. In my book, if he was well enough to attend the party, he should've at least tried to return to work.Well not a good start, after cleaning yard , washing and disinfecting it stupid dog just left me a large xxxxxx ..... Wish dogs could use a loo lolButterfly_Brain wrote: »Waiting for my little Christmas Guest - my friend's Springer Spaniel, who we have over Christmas, he is so adorable and very attached to me for some reason.
Mr LW wants bangers'n'mash tonight for dins, and, bless him, he's prepped the spuds for me so I only have to cook and mash them.:A Could be interesting, with feeding Sidney as well though, as I have to sit and encourage Sid to eat his food - his diabetic diet is pretty much like a canine equivalent of Ryvita with nowt on it, it seems to me. He's allowed a couple of biscuit-shaped bones, and the trick is to pulverise one of these and dip the chunks of food in the crumbs; he finds it more appetising then. I swear it's as bad as feeding a baby!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Bramble how's the ol' moosh today?:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
