Nothing will happen. The Seller has achieved exactly what he wanted, he has scared you...but the likely hood of anything happening are beyond remote. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

This is one of the most surreal threads I've read in a long while.
Will it be the plot for the next episode of 'Midsomer Murders'.?'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

There is a link to eBay for someone who has received a direct threat: http://ocs.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2026&bcrumb=+Home+%3E+Help+Topics+%3E%C2%A0Rules+and+Policies%C2%A0%3E%C2%A0Rules+for+Everyone%C2%A0%3E%C2%A0Email+Threats&subject=Email+Threats&expirationDate=&ContactUs=&instruction=&rcode=IV%25P20061
They are VERY on the ball with these emails and mine was sorted within the hour and I never heard from her again. Mine told me she was coming to 'rip my head off'.
Have you called the police? Go into your local office with a print out of the email and tell them and they will get the details from eBay. Do this as soon as possible, you should have done it the same day you was worried really because then you would have had a point of contact.0 -
I think this has been completely misunderstood. Original sellers comment:
"I sent money back why did you give me negative feedback ? I have got your adress you will get EXTRA delivery see you ,I will be in [my City name] anyway"
Which I would read as "why did you give me negative feedback? I will be in your area anyway, I'll deliver the item" (bearing in mind he's polish... is it the sort of item where he could have multiples / got re-stock? I think this is dodgy grasp of english being completely misunderstood as a threat.0 -

if thats how you read it then i suggest with the greatest respect you get out in the real world a bit more
i had someone come to my house 5 years ago and smash all my car windows (he was eastern european)
why did he do this?
because i had sold a car he was coming back to buy within an hour but came back 4 hours later to see me dealing it to someone else
he must have followed me home
what did i do?
nothing because retaliation just gets to the point where personal injury is next
if OP hasnt been to the police then in my opinion they are mad0 -

With all due respect, Paypal had given me a refund on the item, and the deal was over because he then claimed that the item had been sold elsewhere.
Yes he won - because I removed the neg & comments.0 -

I didnt go to the police - unfortunately if I say why, I will be branded a racist or nasty, which I am not.
I'll happily trade with a Martian as long as they stick to their end of the bargaining!
Thanks to all that helped - it was of real comfort as I have been on edge for last 2-3 days0 -
Op, I Have worked for Twenty years in a job where threats are common. Only last week a guy threaded to come back and 'Chop my head off'. In all that time I have never been attacked once (this is face to face, not internet threats where any 9st weakling can sound big).
People like this use threats as a weapon, but very very rarely follow them up (if they do, then they will not email you first - seriously).
The ones that you have to worry about are the ones that do something without warning. Just ignore it and have a good Christmas. Nothing will happen.
When I first started it used to worry me. Now its like water off a ducks back.0 -
OP, as I read it, you've misinterpreted your seller's messages.
"I sent money back why did you give me negative feedback ? I have got your adress you will get EXTRA delivery see you ,I will be in [my City name] anyway"
"I told you I I tell once again you will have DELIVERY and I dont care about your police solicitors and other things ,IF you dont want item you got 2 days cancel it"
It sounds as if you were originally refunded because the seller wanted cash on delivery. And I'd say he's a little narked at you for leaving negative fb before he's even made the delivery.
The 'extra delivery' is most likely a extra journey for him to make when he delivers your goods.
He's giving you the choice to go ahead with the sale or cancel. At least do him that small favour.0 -

The OP said that the seller had sold the item to somebody else and that was the reason that they were refunded. Item sold. why does he use CAPS for those words, CAPS = raised voice or shouting.
Then in the second message he says
"I dont care about your police solicitors and other things ,IF you dont want item you got 2 days cancel it"
So what do you think he is talking about when he tells the OP the above and that he's got 2 days to cancel it? the OP has paid for nothing and nowhere does it state that the item is being replaced.
I would have took that as a threat aswell0
