Ebay seller has threatened me..what do I do?

Recently made a purchase via ebay but the seller refused to send the item so I contacted ebay/Paypal and got my refund.
I negative rated the seller as not receiving those goods inconvenienced me greatly.
Now I have received the following message from them:
"I sent money back why did you give me negative feedback ? I have got your adress you will get EXTRA delivery see you ,I will be in [my City name] anyway"
Surely this is a real threat?
How do I get the police involved, so that if this individual does something, I have proof of intent etc??

If you call 101 then explain, they'll probably ask you for proof of the message, and it would be useful to pull the sellers contact details from eBay before ringing as well.0 -

Also, as the buyer, I dont have their address - just their Paypal email address.
Person appears Polish as their email address ends in .pl0 -

I know its hard but try not to worry, people that send threats are generally full of *hot air* but that should be reported.0

The item was due to be delivered in person by him, hence my concern as it is a trip that he seems to make regularly.
Just want the authorities to be able to do something if he carries out his threat.
Whats to stop him sitting outside my house & observe our family etc?0 -

boredom, the knowledge he cant actually do anything as he has made a threat and the police will work out who has done something stoopid?
