M&S Sale *update* further reductions now

Last year postage was free, it makes a big difference.

There is usually extra points codes that work during the sales, but I dont have any myself this year. If anyone does they they will work for everyone. Extra points codes are not limited use, or specific to a certain account.

Today I went to the smaller M&S that wasn't open yesterday - sign of the times, we parked right outside at 8.10 (open at 8) & there were only 2 people in front of us at the till. Last year it was heaving.
Nothing spectacular by way of bargains & I've certainly seen more exciting sales but some good value stuff that I use eg pure new wool jumpers £19.

I was not impressed with the sale either, I went to a store which didn't open boxing day and alot of things were only 1/3rd off however, people seemed to be going crazy for anything they could get their hands on!

I loved the M&S sale, we went to the Next one yesterday at 10am and there was absolutely nothing left. We went to M&S at 11am and got some nice packs of cards for my Mother and my boyfriend and I, 50p per pack. We got a nice utensil holder and a biscuit barrel which fit in with our colour scheme perfectly. We also bought a loose tea pot as we had vouchers to spend and its what we really wanted.

Not of the sales seem very good this year, but I am very happy with the bits I got today

I too went today, got lots of cards, wrapping and tree decorations mostly for 50p or £1 for next Christmas. Also got some gift sets and a few tops. Really happy with my purchases
