M&S Sale *update* further reductions now

Is this when the manager's reductions start also?

I think on the 4th it goes to further reductions and then 7th onwards managers reductions and then managers finals after that. They may well change it thought if they havn't sold enough stock but we shall see.

Have been told that further reductions will take place in store on Monday 2nd. So I assume that in may happen on line on Sunday. I will be checking after 5pm today just in case.

:mad: Yep, same has happened to me - made 3 different orders for myself and family members and 2 of them have had items cancelled in dribs and drabs. Really narked as they have sent tags without the matching paper, knickers without the matching bra etc, etc. Final straw is that they have just cancelled delivery on items that I paid next day delivery for today! What is that all about? If Next can deliver the following day without any fuss why can't a giant like M n S....? Not happy :wall:

Unfortunately that is quite common with M&S sales and the reason why many of us don't bother with them any more. The approach i take is to place orders but assume that i wont get any of the items. That way i dont get disappointed.

i have written to them and called them so many times to complain but it makes no difference. Their online business is run on their behalf by Amazon so I'm not sure how involved M&S management get in it all.

Always happening to me. my order has dwindled down to a few items. Got EMails saying order will be delayed then within the hour sorry items out of stock. Waste of time.

I placed one order on the 24th and another on the 27th and both have been delivered no problem

When I was in the Preston store yesterday, they were lowering the price on some of the Xmas gifts and decorations and putting them directly in large blue boxes and taking the boxes off the shop floor. My guess is that items will be further reduced tomorrow.
