I am in the middle of dealing with Lifestyle Claims. I have got swansea trading standards involved who are keen for my wife and I to make statements. I'd urge you to do the same.0

I would like to thank magpiecottage for the excellent advice given to me on this forum. I was conned by lifestyle money . I received no paperwork whatsoever from them and had £719 taken from my credit card from these people. I phoned, sent emails contacted moj etc. The templates from magpiecottage was a great help. After a long drawn process I have finally got my refund... A word to others keep pestering them.. I will never be so foolish again to any cold caller.. I couldn't believe yesterday when my mobile rang and guess what lifestyle money telling me I was owed money on ppis.. I will not say how I reacted but they quickly put the phone down.0

Lifestyle claims contacted me, they said they would be able to get at least £3000 back off my Credit card but after eight months nothing. I contacted them and they said the claim was unsucessful, they did after that refund the whole amount in the form of a cheque, so all in all nothing lost.... and a lession learnt!0

Watch out though as a new company from the same offices have started as Lifestyle Money and they are two different companies operating with a different MOJ licence and Ltd Company, but possibly with some ogf the same directors as Lifestyle Claims.milly88

It looks like this guy is behind a lot of dodgy companies including one which is spamming me with nuisance calls (01792 211 845).
His facebook page can be found really easily - just google kevin kearle facebook.
Assuming there's only one Kevin Kearle in that neck of the woods...
