  • Hi All

    Happy Birthday ChurchMouse

    Moggins, how sad. :(

Today I have been to Tescos. Needed soe new cushions. Got some lovely ones in Tesco they are soooo fluffy. £19.08 for the 4. Couldn't just get new covers or pads as both were knackered!

I am stocked up on loads of fruit now etc...

They are selling off the roll on deiodorant for 14p! :D I only noticed after I'd paid. So next time I am down there I shall go in & buy a few up!

DD has swimming after school today.

I have a headache so am not looking forward to that.

DH started his new job today in Canary Wharf. Hope he is ok!

    take care peeps

    love lisa x

Thats the thing, its just so hard to know what to do to help and what to say. When we spoke, it was just so surreal, the shock hadn't hit her then and we were more or less speaking normally. As the days go on, I know its hit her much harder now and I wish I could do more for her, she hasn't been up to speaking since, but we are texting.
If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.

(((HUGS))) Bargainbabe, to you and your friends family xxxxxxx
  • Hugs to you bargain babe and moggins and extended hugs to your friends. The difficult thing is knowing how to help these friends and I pray that you will both be given the wisdom to know what to say and do for your friends.

Have been to town and got some bargains - a musto riding fleece for DD2 who is doing an equestrian management course at college, a fleecy jumper for me as none of my jumpers are long enough and my back is cold, kim and aggies book and a book of soups. Went to the charity shop for the first two total of £12 and a remainder sale book shop for the books at £12 also. Very pleased.

Back to the grind stone now, earn the money I just spent.

Had a bad night and feel bad, was a stressful day yesterday - had two viewers and don't think they were interested. OH wasn't supportive either, so feel alone. Keeping a place nice is really stressful.

I have to get happy for tomorrow as it is our son's 19th birthday.

Making a late Burns supper for our son tonight and out tomorrow night.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

    Hello everyone

Just taking a quick break from relisting lots of items for Amazon, it felt like hundreds... now enjoying a nice :coffee:, Ahhh.

It is so lovely and sunny here, however I must keep focused and start to clean the house. Children are back soon and we will clen the house together. I thnk it is good for the children to participate, this way there are no illusions that a household fairy cleans whilst we are not looking:p.

Wishing you all a happy day.
