    my house looks immaculate!!!!!

I have 'spring cleaned' from top to bottom, hoovered, wiped, dusted, tidied, organised and phew I am knackered

I even excavated DDs bedroom/pit of doom (she asked me to help and then sat on the bed while I did most of it!! typical!!)

I did find a mouse nest behind my tumble dryer :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: and rather a lot of mouse droppings behind the appliances I pulled out to clean

I have 2 cats who are in and out of the kitchen all night so I'm guessing that they brought 'it' in....they did leave me a dead mouse a couple of weeks ago so I am hoping that it was the same one , couldn't find a mouse today so I'm hoping that was him!!!!

now enjoying a rather nice glass of wine...I deserve it :)
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Congratulations roundtuit - really pleased for you!
Well done msgnomey on the fab, tidy house!

Go Hex! Go Hex! Go Hex! - you can get it sorted tomorrow!

The shock horror here is that I told my hubby we could go out for a meal on Christmas Eve if he got organised early. Oh my goodness! He has!!! That is a miracle as he is the original last minute and finish at 4am on Christmas day person!!!

DD has baked all the chocolate brownies for neighbours. She'll deliver those tomorrow.

Off to catch zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's now xx

  • Minion is currently going bleurggggggggggggghhhhhhh every two hours. :(

However, in the best Flylady Junior tradition, she also cleared up each time as she didn't quite make it to the final turn to face the loo straight on.

She did mention that Mrs KH doesn't let her clean it up if she's sick there (she seems to be sick there quite often, for some reason, here it's rarer than hens having dental appointments) as it isn't her fault. But I explained that at least she knows what to do, and if one day it makes her decide it's just not worth drinking herself into stupidity because she would have to clean it up, it's been worthwhile.

I have vacuumed down here, done WM and DW, I just need to swish around the kitchen tomorrow and clear the coffee and kitchen tables of gibble and I'm done down here.

My room and the Pit of Minion are different matters. But I may have a stab at tarting my room up as I'm going out Friday and Saturday night, so would like to wake up (eventually) in a tidy room.

And I do have to de-pelt myself tomorrow as well. [gets strimmer out of shed]
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

I thought you were tarting your room for a different reason!

Well done MrsMgnomey - can you come and do mine now please?

I still have loads to do so I'll get up in a min and get on with it.
