Here are the desperate please for validation of his story:

There are loads more, I just got bored cutting and pasting. Yeah geneer, you're so secure in your 'truth' that you're desperate to be believed. :rotfl::rotfl:

Uh huh. I see the great ignorer has stopped posting the time travel references.

No doubt because it was starting to make you look a bit shrill and bonkers.
    So job done.

Now flip flopping between "I don't believe you" and " I don't care either way".

One of those statements isn't exactly true I think.

He then creates a new 'back story' where he left hints that are more obscure than the Davinci Code to 'prove' that he bought in 2009. I'm sorry, but if I bought in 2009 and wanted to 'wind up' my enemies by pretending I hadn't I would have left clear and unequivical proof. I would have posted a message using a sockie to say "I bought Dec 2009 and I'm keeping it secret", and then I would have linked to it in 2011. Or I would have let my trusted bear mates in on the gag and PMed them in 2009.

It's all fabrication. geneer is so afraid of ridicule (he likes to meet it out, but hates to take it) that he fabricated this whole sorry story. That he is now desperately trying to get validation on his 2009 purchase, just proves the falsehood. He is now making constant remarks about how his enemies now believe his 2009 purchase, except for me as I have some sort of belief in time travel. Almost every post seems to have an undercurrent of pleading for his story to be believed**., It's so sad.

Well, for my part. I know he's lying. He has either bought recently (October is my guess) or he hasn't bought at all. Not that it matters to me, but it clearly matters to him. However, as he is going to these sorts of extremes, could I make a request to pimp, colombo, et al to leave him alone? His mental health is clearly suffering. It's time to let it go.

** See my next post for the evidence...

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oh dear. I knew he'd lay his cards on the table if I called him out enough.

Lets see. Davini Code. Erm right?
Because a counter counting up in 6month increments, every six months that could be anything right?

    And comments like these.....
So you bought, but negotiated enough of a cushion to protect against further expected falls.
Sounds quite a reasonable course of action to me. wink.gif

Congrats Timm. You should have started your own thread for this mate.
Hope you are both very happy.
Sounds like you've thought it through.
I imagine many of the bears who bought post crash (phase 1) have had similar thought processes (I know I have wink.gif )

Pimperni1: Actually I suspect that you have bought and are keeping it up your sleeve
Geneer: Wouldn't that just be a hoot.

    Well completely impenetrable, aren't they?
I mean you would need an enigma machine to read between the lines eh :rotfl:

Or maybe its more a case of the truth being so unpalatable to the read (for what ever obscure reason that may be) they they would prefer boss eyed denial and admit the self evident reality, prefering to scattershot comments about time travel around the forum because....well who know really.

So Renovation man has chosen not to believe me, and inbetween his not so Epic Ignorin' try and encourage others to the same, not very logical or critical, way of thinking.

And theres nothing I can do about it.
    So RenovationMan wins right? :(

Showing regular monthly direct debit payments to Halifax from an RBS current account, starting february 2010 (do you think I moved in as soon as I put the offer in?)

Combined with a 2 year avatar counter.
Combined with various, not very subtle comments.
I'd say check and mate old chap.

Question: Does your continued denial make this more or less funny?
    Comedy gold indeed.

LOL, this is just too much! :rotfl:

Stop it geneer, my sides are splitting!:rotfl::rotfl:

An account that shows a direct debit with 'HALIFAX' as proof!!! That could just be your rent payments to your landlord's Halifax account. I noticed you blanked out the amount too. Were you afraid that you would supply too much info and you'd get tracked down?:rotfl::rotfl:

    This is just brilliant, what a great xmas prezzie geneer. I haven't enjoyed this forum so much since I joined. C O M E D Y G O L D!!! :T:T:T:j:j:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

:) Oh dear. Seems like a bit of an over-reaction to me.
I suspect the truth is starting to sink in.

Naturally, the only importance would be if I had decided to buy at the same time. The Harsh reality is that you don't do this in a couple of days, and that the statistics lag.

The latter is a well know fact Rinoa. It beggars belief that you would trying and ignore this.

Ah, the old lag excuse. Well lets have a good look at this and and deal with your futile and ever desperate wailings once and for all.

ESPC state clearly their index is based on their own recorded sales. They are not based on ROS data which come out 5/6 weeks after the sale has taken place. So the prices ESPC declare are the sales they made in the month they refer to.

For instance ESPC November 2011 report came out on December 6th 2011. That's a month before the ROS data will be published.

We know you joined HPC in December 2005 ~ we know you actually purchased in December 2009 because you told us. :)

The following table from ESPC accurately illustrate your losses:
