Only on your calculations winker. And nobody believes anything you say anymore.
That doesn't actually appear to be the case now does it.
But thats how evidence assists in making a case.
You might want to look that one up.;)
Only by you.
Well yes, I am indeed the one who has proven how irrelevant they are.
Gosh, I can only imagine that after 5 years of wasted effort, banging on about figures I didn't really care aboutllll
Yep.You're now demonstrating just how much you don't care about them
Well I care about proving how wrong you've been for quite some time. Which is quite different and much more entertaining.
And yet your posts outnumber mine by 5/1.
Ha ha. Post counts again. Its true though, your counts did drop phenomenally when house prices crashed in 2007, and then again when you had to deal with the HARSH REALITIES of the timing game. But then again, theres a lot of "bulls" dissapeared to their retirement home since 07.
And even then, you just can't get it to stack
Is this table troubling you?
Not at all. This is in fact the very same table I've been refering too.
........
Ah. Its starting to feel like the end of an era.0 -

Maybe they should just ban geneer permanently. His trolling is out of control. If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

Everyone has been preoccupied with geneer.
Imagine how funny it would have been if my big announcement had been aknowledged with a nod and a shrug.
But it wasn't. Because certain individuals appear to care so very much indeed.

Isn't it strange Rinoa that your patterns of behaviour are so similar to many.
Page after page after page of correspondence ultimately leading up to accusations of trolling when your arguments don't stand up to scrutiny.
Some then move onto their own bizarre brand of "ignoring", which appears to result in a doubling of the posts they direct my wayl.

geneer, be a pal and show us the transactions from Feb 2010 to Dec 2011. I'd prefer it if you didn't blank out the monthly mortgage amount because then we'd be able to see:
a) That the amount is large enough to be a mortgage.
b) The amount was the same every month (like a mortgage payment should be).
