It seems to matter to you to point out as rosy a financial picture as possible.
The massaging of a few timelines, the spinning of a few yarns as to price paid etc. It all seems VERY important.

Ah right. Because the effort of your bullish pals, they're somehow more worthwhile and accurate. :rotfl:

    Try again.

Yep, well done if you saved £73k, thing is, I reckon you'll be back to say it was £253k in 2 years time.... and if you're not.... Well, I'll just be left thinking if someone is that desperate to prove a few points I'm absolutely certain they wouldn't mind a bit of exaggeration to help the figures look a little more impressive to their mind.

You ever heard of a young lad called Peter? Kept shouting about some wolf?

    They're not my numbers.
+£73 all generated by the rules of the Bulls Timing Game (C).
    Brilliant eh.

But yeah. The garbled spurious nature of your latest missive shows me that you're keeping your cool and actually have little interest in my personal position.

    Not. :)

Some of them are silly some aren't. Thing is none of them give quite as satisfying a bite as you at the moment.
But then there aren't many who supply quite such glorious material.

Indeed. His true position including the rent he wasted is realistically something like this:

Of course, he'll continue to conjure up imaginary figures out of nowhere that say otherwise. Maybe he'll claim to have found £100k in the attic of his new house left by the previous deceased occupant. :rotfl:

I can't believe you guys were so stupid. I kept thinking, "I'm going to be rumbled soon". Hee hee, I changed my avatar back in December last year to "5" as I was intending to sell within the following five months, then in December this year I changed it to "6" as I sold back in June.

I hope you're ready for a wall of seething frustration.

We know your not bothered Rob.
We can tell because you're compelled to keep telling us it is so.

"All in all your just another brick in the wall."

Check out the other thread. If this was twitter I'd be beating stephen frys score. :rotfl:

Lets be very clear pimperdoodle. We wouldn't want you to be misunderstood.

Your latest geneercentric avatar combined with your recurring comments suggest you still don't accept my home owner status.

Which is strange, as most of your pals do seem to accept the fact that I probably didn't travel back in time and plant those rather heavy handed hints as to my status.

Though Renovation Man can't seem to get his head around it and is indeed leaning towards the time travel option.

So lets be clear. You've seen the quotes sprinkled throughout the year. You've seen the avatar counter clicking up.

Do you think this required bending of the space time continuum?

    :)

I've noticed you've changed your avatar again - is it significant? A winker - seems apt.

    Indeed.

Looks as though he's back at work. No doubt the winker will be with us later. :)
