Here's a small quiz. Reform these letters into someone that geneer might bear a resemblence to:

    yttiM retlaW

I see that he logged off pretty sharpish when I asked when he might announce his purchase on HPC. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Speaking of brain teasers see if you can crack the post Geneer should have wrote in December 2009: As per below.

Geneer. I should not have to do your thinking for you but if you really were going to do such a wacky prank as buy in Dec 2009 but not tell anyone till 2011, the day you bought you should have posted something clever and subtle like this.

    Geneer posted December 2009:

"I think there will be a massive crash. Bought on by a rise in interest rates. A recession will also happen. House price crash is going to continue for the next 5 years. In particular BTL LL will suffer. Edinburgh will also be hard hit. Today it is clear only a muppet would buy a house before the HPC happens".

Now why did you not write a cleverly coded post like that in December 2009? Then instead of people saying you are Pinnochio today you would be being applauded for your tactical genius:)

    Kind Regards

    Benjamin

He hasn't been posting on Housepricecrash for a while so I might need to get someone else to announce this momentous news on there for him.

If this was such a jolly jape, then why did geneer not pm his CC allies when he bought and let them into the joke. Surely a joke shared, especially one that has supposedly lasted 2 whole years, is a much funnier one?

If this was all true, the bear gang could have been having an hilarious time at the expense of the bull gang. Unfortunately geneer is making this up and so the only proof he has are some numbered avatars that could mean anything.

My avatar before this one was an apple, to signify how I purchased apple shares in 2005!! I'm amazing!! :D

This might still happen, there are some people thick enough on CC who might want to champion someone as stupid as geneer.
  • As well as announcing he bought two years ago, perhaps he can also announce his other meme. That "the house price crash has already happened".

As prices all over the UK are still very expensive I bet the www.hpc mob will be chuffed to hear Geneer rub their noses in it with his "the house price crash has already happened" speech.

Maybe they should close www.hpc down if Geneers analysis is correct.

    Kind Regards

  • P.S the clue to break the code in the post Geneer should have made in December 2009 (i.e post 142 on this thread) is the first word in each sentence.;)

Oh dear, even MSparks isn't amused.

(on reflection geneer's sucker punch has been pretty poorly received by those he thought might applaud)

It should have been called housevaluecrash.co.uk

    Or listentousifyourstupid.co.uk

They have been quite polite in general though, considering just how implicitly dishonest he's been with them all for a couple of years.

I'm sure none of them are stupid enough to be thinking he'd have told anyone if house prices actually had crashed after he bought.

Be interesting to see what the HPC crowd make of it.

You have sky-rocketed in my estimation of
you, not least for having the self-restraint
not to say in your machinations with Columbo
    and pimpernel.

    Well done.
    Congrats! Belatedly, obviously.
