I weighed myself after my last post and had to adjust my starting weight as it was 2kg more than I thought it was!
Anyway, I weighed myself this morning and my weight is 77.6kg (12st 3lb).
I'm on my way! My goal for next week is 77.1kg (12st 2lb).
I have been given Amazon vouchers for Christmas and I've told myself I'm not allowed to spend them until I've lost 5kg (11lb), so that's my first motivation.
Happy New Year Everyone!0 -
Afternoon all
I finally decided what to do dietwise. And I'm off for a try at the old WW points system. It allows me to eat the things I love and I never struggled as much as I did with the stupid propoints. My only regret is throwing my old points calculator away when the new one came in. Could use it now and they are over 20 quid on ebay.(!)
I start officially tomorrow. NYD is always a total loss for me with leftover cake and drink etc but I will still track and point my food, but will weigh in tomorrow for a start weight (eek!)

Please can I join I havent been on the scales yet but I know it wont be good. I know I need to lose at least 5 stones and don't want to give SW the £5.00 every week I know I can do this myself. Got a friend to go walking with me so that should help think I might try weighing myself every month instead of week, as if I don't lose weight one week it really upsets me epecially if I have paid. I have got all the books and recipes just need the willpower nowM&S 2,200.00

Well I weighed myself- just couldn't wait until tomorrow! Im a stone lighter than I thought I would be, just a whisker over 16 stone. So the 100lb weight loss will leave me a pound or 2 below 9 stone- which maybe too light for my build so we'll see (not too light according to bmi though) I got the MJ dance experience yesterday and the thriller routine will be a nice little workout- If oh ever gets off the Xbox (Im a fifa 12/ COD widow thanks to his xmas pressies!)£20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j
£20 a day May 2014 £108.45/£6000 -
Good afternoon all!
1st weigh in was:
11st 8lbs
But, it can only get better, so positive thinking all the way!
4lbs to lose this month, should be a good achieveable target (in theory!).
Good luck everyone!0 -
We're all on it now ladies!!!!
Had a heathly day SW wise.
Had my Mum & her BF over & still managed to have my baked potato, pork chop & peas!!!
I have got some will power LOL
So I'm not gonna set myself a weekly target but I am on the road to losing 5lbs by the end of January 2012 & this is very exciting!!!
Hey to all the newbies & good luck everyone!

Happy New Year!
I am going to weigh myself first thing in the morning - forgot today! I am not going to weight myself every week as I find that my weight fluctuates so much day to day, and then I get down and stop. So my next weigh in day will be the 1st Feb.

First weigh in last Wednesday was 14st 8lbs at SW, I cant do it on my own, I dont know why I have to pay nearly £5 a week for someone to tell me my weight but I seem to binge more if I try losing weight on my own, I start off Ok but after a couple of days I lose it and eat something I shouldnt (or think I shouldnt) and then go mad, binge and feel worse than I did in the first place,I bet there are others that feel like this, I cant be the only one can I?
I know I can lose weight with SW cos I did a few years ago, but as you can see I have put it nearly all on again. Oh well here I go again, BUT it will be for the last time I have to learn to love food, myself and not feel guilty when I have too many biscuits
So feeling very positive at the moment and had a lovely salmon stir fry for my tea and hopefully I will lose some lbs this week:)£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund0
