Done most of the washing up now, 2 lot of WM is out and I'm about to put another load in, and I have LITERALLY straightened the cabinets (doors) in the kitchen :rotfl:3 of the doors have been catching for weeks, and as no-one except me seems to have noticed it (My OH suffers from blinkered vision, but I'm convinced he's blind sometimes  ) steam from cooking/washing up has been getting in the cupboards. So after 30 minutes of juggling the hinges on 3 cupboards they now shut properly :T Need to finish the washing up..... :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

jjef wrote:Thanks Moggins, all set for tomorrow as I have workmen at the house all day so no excuses not to get through your list.
So here goes with Mondays list -
Dailies - [STRIKE]WM[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]DW, BEDs, Lunches, hoover lounge/hall/dining room, bathroom SS, walk dog and wash dogs bedding[/STRIKE]. -
Moggins list in full Kitchen finished Bathroom to be done once I have collected DD1 from school
Nightimes - clothes out, dishes away, and quick lounge tidy.
Well this kitchen has had a good clean, started on the front of the cupboards and ended up doing the insides as well - I had been avoiding them but couldn't get away with it any longer - the floor hasn't been done yet but will do that after dog has gone to bed tonight so its nice and clean in the morning.
Could someone please point me in the direction of being able to score off my original post or how to do colours to save me retyping it everytime.0 -

jjef - Click on Edit, then Go Advanced, the big letter A is the colour selection, at the end of the row above where you type is an S with a line through, just highlight the text and click it
then click save, should work
One day I might be more organised...........

Afternoon everyone! Just catching up after late lunch. I rather wish I hadn't sat down, as I dug another third of a large vegetable patch this morning, and can feel my back stiffening up! Need to get up and do that kitchen!
vivw I found it took me a while to do the list the first couple of weeks, because I was starting with cluttered and grubby rooms. Then, as they are cleared and cleaned properly, it takes much less time. I'm still struggling with my bedroom, which has been a tip for about 15 years  but I'm not worrying about not getting it completely done in one go, as long as I spend some time in there when it comes up on the list.
The bathroom and kitchen take me just over 30 minutes each now.
Why not decide how much time you think you can spare (or bear!), set a timer, and then see how much you get done? I was really surprised what a difference just 15 minutes could make.
Right, kitchen won't do itself! Back later. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

I have noticed that a few people have said " not got my list yet" does it get sent to you via mail or is it just a case of printing it off each day? and if so is it posted morning or night before ?

Remember dailies and nightime routines
Hi :j I am subscribed to the Flylady website. This posts a daily task. I actually quite like this site, but some people here disagreeYou get a lot of e-mails, but they're easy to delete. Mine used to be posted at night, but have got later and later recently.
You can also look at the site and get all the tasks for all 5 zones, to copy and do when you please.
Daily and nighttime routones are just that. They're the things you need to do every morning and evening. Everyone's will be different. Make yourself a list, then you can start crossing things off!

Wow you're flying high, simba :T
It's amazing what you find when you clear out the cupboard under the sink (hasn't been done for about a year  ) handwash, bin bags, a microfibre cloth I didn't know I had, 3 washing powder scoops (been trying to think of another use for them) 3 boot brushes (didn't know I had them) and a load of old junk that's gone in the bin (10 fling boogie)
I feel better now.....:D it really does make you feel good :T0 -
Kitchen done! Must make DD's bed with fresh linen, then off on school run...It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0

Hello gorgeous Flybabes! And a very special hello  to all you new Flyers - it's great to think of all the clean and decluttered houses and Flybabes finding more time for themselves and their families.
I'm having such a good day for once - I'm so happy :j
I've done most of my dailies (made beds, one wash and dry to be ironed tonight while catching up on ER, post, dinner, calendar check) not done emails of paper control yet but will do before tea. Every room is tidy. :j
I've cooked a shepherds pie, apple crumble, baked a loaf and banana bread!
I've cleaned the bathroom (tyhank goodness a clean room!) and I'll do the kitchen once I've finished cooking/baking.
Inlaws are here playing with DS so he's also happy.
Have a good day everyone. And a shout out to Flyboy - we know you're watching!Punky x0
